Staff and service were amazing! Valet parking was very convenient worth the extra cost. We enjoyed the pool, bar, and the beach with even more amazing service right to your lounge chair. The hotel rooms could use some updating but we had a very comfortable stay in a clean and safe environment! Kid friendly as well :)

The kids club, the entire reason we booked with this hotel, was closed for renovations but no one knew that. We had services with the spa and found out the day before that the kids club was closed and the spa didn’t know, the front desk didn’t know they were closed! We had to hire a sitter at our own expense! All the restaurants were closed except one for breakfast. The staff was friendly but no one was talking to anyone so no one knew what was going on! It was an all around terrible vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, there was a small "kitchen" area. Close to restaurants and shops. Great beach! We really enjoyed the complimentary chairs/umbrellas/tables each day. Staff was great. Belinda at Gili's Beach Club was an amazing waitress.
