Trump International Beach Resort offers 330 accommodations with minibars and safes. Rooms open to balconies. The elevator had very long lines I think they were broken. The water took 15 minutes to get hot. Tried calling the guest service to ask questions and no one answered or called back No one helped with luggage in or out. Was not even asked.

The staff throughout the hotel were very kind and pleasant. The front desk staff were not as friendly. A few of them looked absolutely miserable as you approached them. Not even a smile.

What can l say? $1000 per suite per night and our room was not ready to check in at 4pm. So, we had to sit and wait for more than an hour with 3 kids in the lobby because we were exhausted after two flights. My mom was sleeping on the couch. Moreover, they gave us room key only for one room although we booked two rooms. So, I had to go back and wait in the line again to get the second room key. Also, couldn't retrieve our luggage for an hour. The only good thing about this hotel is the view.

The food was way too expensive for someone just staying at a hotel. We had to either walk or drive to find reasonably priced food. It was 12.00 for one little airline bottle in the mini bar. I can by one of these for a 1.50.....really guys?? The staff was great and treated us very respectfully.
