Trump International Beach Resort offers 330 accommodations with minibars and safes. Rooms open to balconies. We experienced several issues during our stay. The bathroom in room 701 had persistent plumbing noises, and the cleaning service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Additionally, the pool staff did not provide towels when it rained, which was inconvenient. We initially stayed on the 23rd floor, but had to switch rooms due to an unpleasant odor, lack of cleanliness, and outdated conditions. The game room also had several broken machines. Unfortunately, due to these concerns, we chose to leave a day earlier than planned, as we were not satisfied with the overall experience.

I booked this kind of room: Deluxe studio, 2 queen beds, Ocean View, instead I got partial ocean view. Front desk supervisor told me I should have booked a “front ocean view” room (option not available in hotels.com) in a rude way. Besides this unpleasant surprise, we have a connecting room with someone else that we don't know, who has children screaming and running since 7am waking up my family. When I talked about this problem to your supervisor, he told me to wait for tomorrow morning to be wake up again at 7 am and call security. Nonsense action that can be easily solved just by calling the connecting room to request better behavior during the morning and night. Also construction site is very noisy. My wife had a month ago a knee surgery and when she was trying to get to the beach: elevator not working. You have to walk outside the hotel to get to the beach. Horrible stay.

We really liked the location of the hotel close to several good restaurants. We also enjoyed the direct access to the beach with chairs and umbrellas as well as the super nice swimming pools. We are disappointed by the cleaning service in the hotel as we specifically asked them to come and clean our room in the morning to allow for my daughter to take her daily nap at 1pm. Out of 11 days, they only respected our ask 3x times…

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding my recent stay at the Trump International Beach Resort. Upon entering the room, I observed several significant issues that indicate a lack of proper maintenance and attention to guest safety. The air filtration system was excessively dirty, raising concerns about indoor air quality and potential health implications. Additionally, the bathroom trash receptacle had not been emptied, contributing to unsanitary conditions that should not be tolerated in a facility of this standing. Such lapses in cleanliness and maintenance not only fail to meet industry standards but also constitute a breach of the expected duty of care to guests. I strongly urge management to rectify these issues to safeguard the well-being of future patrons. Until these matters are adequately addressed, I cannot recommend this establishment.

We enjoyed the beach. Water was beautiful. Food was good. Room was very large with a nice balcony. Washer and dryer in the room. The beach service was nice. All of the staff from the check in to the waiters were so nice and helpful.

My family really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed in one of the room the has a balcony and full kitchen. The view is amazing in the room we stayed in. We really enjoyed the pool and the beach. Wish the bar stayed open later than 6pm for the pool and beach.

I was a bit disappointed. Had issues with the AC working-it kept registering as the balcony door was open so it wouldn’t run the AC. They put my dirty coffee cup back by the coffee machine and didn’t even clean it- let alone change it out for a clean one. They didn’t restock the sugar or creamer for the coffee. There were a couple blood spots on my pillow. The room in general was dirty and seemed worn down. Cabinets worn down etc. I understand that I was on an upper floor but the water pressure was horrible. A few other things.. No one thing was big but all of them together interfered with the comfort of the stay.
