This was a terrific jumping off point for us to go to Biscayne NP and snorkel, etc, for 2 days, and then to leave for the Keys part of our vacation. The staff is outstanding and efficient. The pool is very warm. The location was also convenient for eating, and picking up quick groceries. I would stay here again if I visit the area.

Better than many.

Check-in was easy. Staff cheerful and welcoming. Room was adequate but in need of a few upgrades. Bathroom door squeaked loudly. Don’t know why there’s a clothes hook on the outside of the bathroom door but not on the inside. Breakfast was done nicely. Will stay there again in the future.

Room clean, shower hot, bed comfortable, area quiet. Breakfast was good but plan on getting there early. The first day we ate at 6:30am and there was hardly anyone there. Food was well stocked and waffle makers had no wait. Second day we made the mistake of going around 8am. The lobby was packed with no place to sit. The fruit and sausage were out. We got some coffee and left.

This property is located super conveniently by the park and highway. The property is basic. But has everything you need. Only issue is our room smells. So my opinion is if you paid more than $70 a night you ll be disappointed.
