This hotel is not the cleanest, but the location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful! We tried the restaurant that serves breakfast for the hotel for dinner the night before and it was terrible. No flavor to the food and the drinks were below average. We found other restaurants near by that were delicious. If the rooms were really cleaned it would be a wonderful place to stay.

The television in our room did not work, when we arrived and asked for a cot we were told that we should have reserved one when booking. It felt very much as if we were an inconvenience. The room was small and cell like but very clean. Location was good and close to everything. Parking was a challenge.

Stay on Miami South Beach

Comfortable room; lift only to 3rd floor therefore had 16 steps to negotiate to reach room 401! Spacious, well furnished outside area with the expected sea vista. Included breakfast at adjacent Front Porch was limited: Coffee or tea; only bacon, chunky potatoes, bacon, scrambled egg & slice of toast offered - zero option to vary such as poached egg - take it or leave it! A small saucer of fresh fruit to share freshened the palate. Good service.

Absolute prime location, right on the beachfront of Ocean Drive. Espanola Way and Lincoln Road within a 5 minute walk. Hotel nice and clean with everything you need in the room for a good stay. Would highly recommend.
