We had a problem that was upsetting to the point that it ruined our 1 night stay, only to be compounded by the response I received from the front desk person when telling him I wanted to see a manager. The problem was that we got back late from our appointment and then ALL NIGHT LONG the toilet was loudly running and could also not be flushed (so we couldn't use it). Clearly when paying a high price for an Ocean Front room, it is not unreasonable to have the toilet in operating condition. We loved the look of the place and would be candidates to do regular stay-cations (we are in Boca), but something needs to be done... either refund the room, offer a future free room, or something to make up for this. I believe a first class hotel would own this problem and allow us to leave feeling like we want to return... the front desk offered us a 1PM checkout (ugh). Thanks you, Mike Wittlin

Beautiful property with great landscaping, an outdoor tiki bar, lovely pool and direct access to the beach and boardwalk. The back of the hotel feels like you are in an oasis of calm. The mid beach location is excellent for dining and ease of getting back to Miami international airport which is why we chose this location. The two bed room size was very nice and the bathroom had a great rain shower head but there was limited room for toiletries.

Good hotel in Miami Beach. Great outdoor area with dining patio and swimming pool. Very close to the beach too. Room service (which we ordered once) took 60' to arrive! Meals, whilst on the whole good, tended to be inconsistent. Excellent staff - friendly and efficient.

Amazing experience with slight drawbacks

Amazing location, amazing food, the pool and beach were fantastic. We really loved our stay and the few complaints below really shouldn’t detract from the overall choice to stay here. We WOULD return for sure. It IS a very very kid friendly hotel which they don’t really advertise or make it seem on their website (compared to a fontainebleu which you know has a ton of children). The pool area is basically overrun with kids but it’s Feb break so maybe to be expected. Also two elevators were broken for the entirety of our 4-day stay and didn’t seem like anyone was fixing it. This is problematic especially because they had a sales conference also going at the same time and waiting to get to or from your room was exhaustingly long.
