I am 54 years old and my husband is 57. He has an anemic disorder and there were 4 to 5 small dime size bloodstains on the sheets. The coffee machine malfunctioned and we used la towel to wipe up the coffee. WeI did not get our hefty deposit back. It was not disclosed that we had to park off property at a parking garage that was extra $$$. When II talked to the front desk about the deposit he told me there was nothing they could do and that they had pictures, I explain to him that we did not vandalize the room. However, he refused when I asked if there was someone else I could speak to he hung up on me. Do not call that good customer service at all.

The staff at the hotel are great. You are close to everything. Restaurants, shopping, airport, beach, and dining. The photos Expedia shows is a little misleading. The actual property is smaller than the Expedia shows. The 150 is only 4 stories HIGH. The picture on Expedia makes you think it has another multi story bldg added on. It has a great location, comfortable beds and kind staff. I will definitely stay here again.

Old Property

No provision for getting the bags in the hotel..stairs only. Remote on TV never worked, windows are very dirty, unstable. Telephone to front desk inoperable. No desk for computer, no easy access electrical outlets. Bathrooms need remoldeling. Generally speaking very outdated

There was no notification that the few rooftop amenities were out of service. This would surely have changed my plans to stay there. The rooms were old and modestly clean. The staff was not super knowledgeable, including why the fire alarm went off TWICE in two nights. They almost did not service the room one day, despite three requests to that effect. It was an unsatisfactory stay in an otherwise fabulous location.
