Sliding door in the room was left open before I checked in so the room was full of mosquitos. Bed had giant crater on right side from overuse. No breakfast room service and lunch and dinner options very limited. Staff never cared to open a door or help with luggage. Poor water pressure, bad lighting in room. Could be special but my 4 nights there were unenjoyable.

Mayfair was awesome, highly recommend! Coco Grove is beautiful & fun. Gave service 3 stars because bike rentals took forever, chrome cast streaming on TV wasn’t working & staff slow to address issues. Otherwise amazing stay!

The architecture is spectacular. It’s such a unique hotel with the open courtyard with all the plants and water. With the welcoming staff, excellent food and location this hotel is truly a delight!

I liked everything about the hotel! What I don’t understand is an early check in fee when rooms are ready and available. It’s not like asking for a room to be cleaned out of schedule. The room was ready. What’s the difference letting someone into their room at 2 as opposed to 4 ???

Perfect spot to explore Coconut Grove

Mayfair is the perfect spot for exploring Coconut grove and the surrounding area. We loved the style/vibe of the hotel…highlights for us were dinner at the grill, the rooftop pool vibe, and the fountain lounge ambience.
