Automatic Door Lock Failure. Had to make extra trips to front desk then wait in hallway for up to 30 minutes for maintenance to recharge the door lock to gain access. Also, There is No Domestic Beer Options On Site at this resort causing a failure.

Tried to say I was smoking in the room at 5am randomly when I stayed multiple nights and never smoked in the room and had any reports or smoking just one event for my whole stay? Fraudulent they avoid your calls when asking for help explaining the bills the valet was very slow and the texting service only worked a few times check out line was so long because of understaffing I had to drop the keys n leave in order to make my flight

We stayed at the Gates Hotel while on a business trip. The staff was excellent all throughout the resort. A BIG shout out to Scott at the front desk for his above and beyond service and kindness. This hotel was a great blend of business and pleasure with its tropical feeling pool area.

Location was fabulous. Only one block from the beach we were walking distance to all the South Beach restaurants and bars. The staff was amazing very accommodating held our luggage even though we weren’t leaving till very late the day we checked out would definitely come back.
