The staff was wonderful, but our room had much to be desired. Let's start with stuff that didn't work. I had to remove the toilet tank lid Everytime we used the restroom because the flush valve didn't work unless you hit it. The safe didn't even have power so we couldn't lock our stuff up to have anyone come in. The light on the door side of the bed only turned off by unplugging it, the walls were dirty,, we found several long hairs, we bought th have short hair, in the bathroom in various spots in the unit. We were missing one of the curtains that shut light to the patio, the bathroom curtain/door thing was missing. Only 1 drawer, out of only 2, worked without lots of force.
