The Hotel looks fairly new and Right across the Street from Bayside Market Place and the Kasey’s Arena, Home of the NBA's Miami Heat. The Hotel Lobby is always busy because the hotel is about 5 minutes away from the Miami Cruise Terminal. The rooms are beautiful and quiet and the beds are amazing. Looking forward to staying there again.

We were so pleasantly surprised with the Elser Hotel. We were able to check in a couple hours early for our stay with no questions asked. They also upgraded our room from a queen with fold out couch to a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with a wrap around deck facing the Bayside Marketplace. What a great surprise! Plus they great you with rum punch! Our rooms were super clean and smelled fresh, unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at in the Miami area. Plus it’s very close to the cruise port. Bonus! All in all we had a wonderful stay to kick off our cruise vacation. I’d recommend the Elser hotel a million times over. Thank you so much for taking great care of us!

The hotel's location is terrific, right by the shore with great views and convenient to lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is well designed, very new, and has great amenities. However, we did not have a good experience using the hotel app. The service request we made through the app was completely ignored. The room service did not occur on the day expected, super difficult to reach anyone from the room. The lobby could use design improvements, it's always filled with crowd which makes it difficult to walk through at time and just make it loud and chaotic which doesn't vibe with the luxury image it tries to sell.
