Well located for our purposes. found the bed very uncomfortable. Room air conditioner was the loudest i have ever heard and sounded like there was a truck in our room, going on and off all night. No bath mat on a slippery when wet bathroom floor. Nice staff, friendly and helpful.

A Spectacular Stay
My stay was spectacular because of the staff. Fernando is amazing and treated me like royalty when he greeted me and I met Carolina who works at the rooftop bar who was amazing and she saw me when I checked out and checked on me. I will definitely be coming back just to stay at the hotel for an entire weekend and I will bring some friends.

The staff were super welcoming and helpful especially Fernando. Dinner at The Collab was exceptional. The food was excellent and the restaurant has a chic vibe. The rooftop pool and terrace are nice.

We were missing drinking glasses in the room and also wanted a mini fridge. The staff immediately attended to what we needed. When we arrived they had free champagne in the lobby and poured us some. The valet staff was great too. No delay in getting our car. Excellent stay.

On the plus side, the champagne upon check-in and coffee station in the morning was awesome. The staff seemed very friendly overall. Otherwise, there was dog poop all over the sidewalk outside and around the property. It seemed like that would be something you’d want to keep an eye on if you boast about being pet friendly and having a pet relief station. Also, we requested a bowl with a room service order and they strangely refused it. When we went down to ask for one after they said no to go ask the restaurant and the restaurant said no? Such a simple request and I was surprised at how unaccommodating that was. Lastly, the room was TINY and didn’t even have a fridge. I felt robbed at what we paid for that room.
