We stay two days in Sunny Isles apartments in Florida , we check in late at night , we call the property representative , and expedia as well.  (Booking was through expedia.) Both of them try  to help us in order to access the apartment. They responded immediately, so they sent us all the instructions in a short time. , most important thing was the fact that even though it was late hours, they responded!  And they help us out!      (We extended our stay by 3 more days. till 17th Aug)  The building is not new , but the apartment is well maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is very kind, treats us well, and is very professional! I know they are old buildings but some seem unsafe …the balconies are little no space to walk in… there’s a lot of cracks on the walls . Nice staff very helpful…

For the price it’s not so bad. I paid more for way less. But I was only there for 4 house nap and the room smell like smoke very strong smoking smell. I couldn’t sleep, the smoke smell in the room was too strong for us. But it was clean didn’t expect 5 star

Old building but very nice inside ! Comfortable enough. Pretty good mattress. Only down side is the bedroom wall is very thin. U can heat people talking in the other side ! So late at night might be a problem. Overall, good stay ! 👍

Property is very old needs updating the staff is nice and very helpful.. ac doesn’t work for two days almost three ac reached 81 degrees and wouldn’t drop I had to leave for the evening trying to cool off . I had to leave theWas unable to nap no ways . I’m a pancreatic cancer survivor heat is no good …also washer/ dryer was never available to obtain card in order to wash the towels or any of my sweaty clothes . Well either way you have a great opportunity because this location is very central and only 3 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance. Too bad the ac units need upgrades and windows in the bathroom do not lock not safe ( I had to put a large kitchen knife on the sill to make sure no entry ) ok thank you for listening

I did not book the cheapest unit but definitely looks like that’s what I hot. I know because I stayed there 5 times. This time I was at street level, front facing and the patio door didn’t lock, neither did the accessible bathroom window. Since the’s no safe in the units, It felt very insecure. The AC unit was leaking profusely on the dining room/living room floor - I woke up to a flood. My complaint was met with an immediate offer to switch unit. I can’t complain too much otherwise given the very competitive price and convenience in Sunny Isles. But this is basically a no frill deal one bedroom apartment. The mattresses in both unit were uncomfortably soft and springy. The stretch sofa was actually more comfortable. The pool has been repaired and is almost reopened, but it’s taken forever.

Great Value - Comfortable Stay
I currently live in Jacksonville, Florida. My family and I took a quick over the weekend trip to Sunny Isles Beach, where I use to live for 18 years. I favor Sunny Isles because of the convenience and access to both south and north Miami. However, I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for our stay. This rental was clean, easy to check-in and out, affordable and comfortable enough to enjoy our stay. I would certainly recommend these rentals. Thank you!
