Location is amazing, walking distance to grocery’s (though expensive ones) lots of eating options, a close awesome park for the kids and easy access to the beach. Amazing location… but a dirty place. Hand prints on doors, just run down. This place you can’t tell has been a rental for a long time and is in desperate need of some TLC. Every piece of furniture is cheap and needs some updating. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the host/hotel leaves barely anything. We had to buy cleaning supplies, toilet paper (only left one roll) basically everything. Compared to the next place we stayed at this one is stripped bare. But location is amazing

Where do I start- everything about this property was horrible. To say that it is old and worn out is to say nothing. Rooms reek with cheap smell of wash solution. There is mold on the walls, dirty windows are covered with cheap synthetic drapes. Bed linen were polyester, towels still had tags on them and were never washed. And of course there were roaches... Do not believe good reviews!!! The area is great but this property is beyond terrible.

It is clear that the owners tried to make a candy out of the old apartment in the old building. We have changed a lot, but not everything. Old windows and doors . A broken bathroom door and cockroaches in the kitchen is not good. And there are advantages too: convenient Parking, a great place for the beach, a grocery store nearby, it's not noisy, the apartment has dishes, beach towels, clean bed linen. I would be happy to return considering the price, but I think it's time for the owner to check his apartment

It was not what the website and pictures displayed. Bath tub was not draining they sent someone to come see about the matter. I didn't stay Thursday night due to delay in flight so i arrived Friday morning and i was not feeling it and when the tub did not drain after shower i checked out and went to another place. Was not happy at all.

The floor was not clean at all. I noticed hair and pieces of trash everywhere. The beds and linens were fine. Neither of the sinks drained well at all. I didn't feel super safe in this area. The photos of the property were a bit deceiving. I also did not get the check-in procedures in my email until 10 minutes after check-in time. I messaged the property twice asking for this information, once 2 hours ahead of check-in time and once after check-in time.
