We Booked kind in a rush. Is a very old place but very clean. Not updated at all . There is a machine but no coffee for the morning. Easy to enter we did at 11:00pm and no problems.

Cons: The hotel is old. Although some maintenance work has been done in the apartment, it still gives the overall impression of being outdated and worn out. Pros: The apartment was clean. Fresh towels and new bed linens were provided. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything necessary for cooking. The location is great – it’s just a seven-minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very well-developed, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The management was responsive and attentive to requests and needs. Additionally, there is free parking and Wi-Fi, which is very convenient.

It’s an average property don’t expect anything’s more than that. The location is great close to the beach, food and groceries. The apartment was clean and had most things you could need, however, the walls are made of paper. Neighbors are LOUD & very inconsiderate with bothering others. The last night our right neighbor pulled a full on party until late in the night making it impossible to sleep, you can hear the garbage truck drill your ear at 6 am because the trash cans are right beside your bedroom window. The bathroom didn’t have any towel hanger. Moreover the entire apartment had 2 hangers which kind of mutes the point of having a respectable walking closet. The fire alarm in the apartment would go off every time we turned on the toaster, yes every time. We didn’t even try the oven but I’m guessing that would’ve been a bad idea. The pool is nice if you want to refresh especially in winter where the days are shorter and the ocean is colder. If I was in a Miami again in a tight budget I would still consider this place but not for more than a couple of days.

Everything was fine. My only thoughts were to have hooks in the bathroom And directions to the entrance could have been a bit clearer. The apartment was comfortable and spotless. Plenty of towels also
