Comfy stay after being stranded at the airport

Lovely and spacious room with kitchenette, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection for everyone's taste. Shuttle service was great both ways. Overall i had a good stay here. Improvement suggestion for a 5star review would be to provide a bottle of water in the room and more teabags, and a kettle!

We arrived early after our cruise. The hotel clerk put our bags away and we were able to relax in the lounge area. Our room was ready early which was nice. They had a welcome reception with beer, wine and snacks and I met a few other patrons. Our hotel room was very spacious and bright!

The property was amazing and the amenities were phenomenal, but the customer service was top noche/top tier. The young lady (with red hair) at check in made our experience so great. Considering the disaster we experienced just days prior at my other booking at the Essex House, she totally restored my desire to return to Miami!
