Loved the location of the hotel. It's centrally located and easy to walk to restaurants and beach. The layout was a bit confusing. Having to checkin and then walk all the way around to the room was inefficient. Also conversations traveled into the main courtyard from the room which was annoying to hear. Felt like we had no privacy. Also the hot water in the room didn't work.

Great Stay

We stayed 11 days. Location is excellent. Tony on the staff took care of our needs immediately. Roof pool and bar a real plus, as well as Orange Blosson restaurant with excellent happy hour menu. Best meatballs and pastas and half priced drinks. Good value for the facilities and location. Try Sweet Liberty around the corner open till 4+ Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Very good location I think we pa id for patio view no really sure but can’t walk to the patio .. they are making maintenance.. they charge extra mo ney for no reson . Apart for the “resort .fee” she said the hotel charge extra .. well what can we do .. buena locacion puedes caminar a la playa .. el hotel te cobra cierta cantidad por ninguna buena razon pense q era el resort fee pero no ese fue aparte .. por que quieren !! La alberca esta muy bonita .. y tiene buena vista de la ciudad.. recamara confotable ..

I've never stayed somewhere with worse customer service, including the front desk (exception for 2 ppl), restaurant, maintenance, and more. All around horrible experience and I would never return. It is under construction and doesn't make mention of that, refused to give us milk for the FREE "in-room coffee" (said we had to pay $5). It was atrocious. Could hear everything in our room.

This hotel has been far from accurate since the beginning. The reason I chose this hotel was based solely on the description provided on the website, but I am deeply disappointed. My room type was supposed to be Park View, but it was nothing like that. Instead, it was noisy due to ongoing construction, and the dust was unbearable. I had specifically informed the hotel in advance that I am sensitive to dust and odors, and I even received a confirmation email that my room would be thoroughly cleaned. However, the room still had a strange smell, though the cleanliness was acceptable. Additionally, the staff was unprofessional, which made matters worse. My short trip was completely ruined. I am seriously reconsidering my choice.

The TV didn't work and even a maintenance man couldn't make it work. The air-conditioning was jammed on but noisy so I turned it off. The lift was a bit temperamental, it would go up if you pressed down. Otherwise a very comfortable hotel.

The noise level was unacceptable! At one point, it sounded like someone was actually in my room with me. I didn’t sleep for 2 nights bc of the noise, you can hear it from outside, inside, everywhere. It’s so loud. It was also dirty, the showers didn’t work, every time I took a bath, the entire bathroom floor would be covered in water. I don’t know how there isn’t mold everywhere. In addition, I don’t know what allergens were there but my face just broke out in hives. I wouldn’t stay here. At least it wasn’t worth the money bc it wasn’t cheap either.
