For me this place is average. It’s not really accessible for people with disabilities like a wheelchair. I tried to go outside and I have to use the ramp that is going to the beach and it doesn’t have a safe access to the outside with the wheelchair. I also noticed the room have a lot of dust by the windows like they don’t clean them, but I would give it at three from the scale to 1 to 5 just because my room had A kitchen and when it comes to cleaning, it wasn’t clean, but it wasn’t dirty as well

They need to make their reservation process a little easier. We booked three nights through a third party and it was very smooth as we went there to avoid Hurricane Milton. Pet Friendly, location was very good. When we weren't sure about how long power was going to be out, phone calls need to be made vs. entrusting the front desk. That takes time for the consumer. Another thing to look at is the extra fees for parking and for the resort fee - these were high and felt we had no option as not many hotel rooms were available on the entire SE Coast. Staff was excellent - especially Joquim (Bell Captain).
