Loud as can be. The noise from outside .. the people in the hall way. Honestly didn’t feel clean. No tv in the room also the floors were slippery kinda like gueey. Only 1 valet parking person. I just was not satisfied.

Had to go up 4 floors for ice. TV was almost impossible to figure out and should be in room with sofa rather than bedroom. Rooms very new, primer on walls not painted over it. Areas of new tile not grouted. No kleenex in room. One Tiny bar of soap for 2 adults. Bed hard as a rock, pillows very uncomfortable. No posted hours for pool and Resturant. Web site not very helpful. No parking except Valet at $30/day. Floors dirty, white socks filthy walking in room. Very loud in hallways and construction all around us. Rooms no sound proof from car zooming by onto express way close by at 2-3 am. Would never stay there again.

The receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming. She told me there was no room available even though i booked reservation on expedia and showed her proof. I expressed my thoughts about comppaining ro expedia and she non chalantly stated she didnt care, she wouldnt give me a bisiness card or a first nqme either. Her demeanor and attitude is unwelcoming and disrwspectful

Honestly this was not worth the money at all. The floors were dirty as were the towels when we arrived. Literally looked like someone wiped their nose with one of the towels. Had to wait an hour for toilet paper and went down 3 times to ask for it. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES AT ALL!!! Should have paid less than 500 total for this place. Would never stay here or recommend.

This property was the perfect location. We stayed here for Ultra Music Festival. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were very nice and close to grocery stores and shops!

We stayed here two nights each before and after a cruise. The communication was terrible. All our calls went to voicemail and were never returned. We received emails to arrange transportation online, but the broken link didn't work even after I fixed it. The Reply button in that email also failed. The transportation they ultimately arranged for us was unreasonably priced. Forget their offer and go Uber - we paid less than half for equivalent rides. That said, staff we spoke to in person were mostly, if not always, helpful and pleasant. The room we stayed in pre-cruise was large and clean but felt austere, probably because the walls were bare. Faucets weren't labeled as to hot and cold and it wasn't always easy to figure out which was which. There was a cable box but no instructions. When we finally figured it out, only a handful of local channels were available. Post-cruise we stayed in a 1-BR 15th floor condo. Same problem with calls and automated communication. I eventually found their WhatsApp and used that although I typically waited 15-30 minutes for a response. The condo was very nice, however, and had enough hung on the walls to feel cozy. We enjoyed the patio and the pool, and we were pleased with the full kitchen and washer/dryer. Internet access was excellent. Same issue with unmarked faucets as in our pre-cruise room, though. Despite the so-so experience, I'd book a room here again, but I'd be actively looking for an alternative.

The twins that were at the check in desk were beautiful but you can tell the difference in them by their attitude it was like day and night. But the overall experience was delightful 🙏.

1.Although the introduction page indicates that laundry services are available, they are actually not, and the charges are unreasonable. 2.There is only one trash bin in the bathroom, making it inconvenient to dispose of garbage elsewhere in the room. 3.Customer service cannot be contacted via the platform or SMS, and responses on WhatsApp are slow. Additionally, construction is taking place nearby, making access inconvenient.

The prices are very reasonable, but at the expense of customer service. I understand that to keep prices low there might be less people in customer service, but the few people that work must respond. I had an inquiry about early checkout, and I called two different numbers, Expedia tried to call, went to voice mail, left message and a call was never returned. I also sent message via text on Expedia, and all I get is an automated offer to help me with transfer to airport, when I drove my own car. My query was never answered. This is not a vacation hotel, is a convenience hotel, I don't expect 5-star customer service, I can wait, but customer service needs to reply. Try to improve this part.
