I think it was disgusting, I never got wristbands when checking in, I reached out prior to my late check in to make sure not an issue, arrived, no one in sight, after ringing bell multiple times and calling out, a sleepy clerk appeared. I had eyelashes stuck from prior guest on the top of my refrigerator unit, the smells in elevator horrible and the musty smell through out my room and the halls, took my breath away! House keeping came in to do I don’t know what, besides make the beds with the same linens, floors were never vacuumed. At one point I was sitting on the toilet with door open and noticed tissues underneath a cabinet next to the mirror, from previous quest. Not knowing anything about wristbands. I went to beach and was looked at like I was crazy when I went to use a chair, was then explained to me, about the wrist bands. I feel like I spent decent money for this stay. Had my disabled Frind with me that has never left Boston ma, and feel terrible that was her experience!! I have been around the world and to Miami multiple times and have never experienced this anywhere.

Upon arrival they gave me a room that wasn’t cleaned. The Balxony door was wide open I thought someone wa in the room! I was terrified! Only one elevator was working the first 2 days of my trip, my key card had issues multiple times. WiFi is terrible!

No soy de escribir review pero en esta ocacion sientonque es muy necesario tube un gran problema con el señor que atiende el area de la playa el que esta a cargo de las sombrillas, yo le pedi de favor que me moviera una sombrilla que estaba disponible y me dijo para que quieres otra si ya tienes dos y yo le dije señor tenemos tres habitaciones al decirle eso el se molesto mucho y tiro au celular a la arena tambien au billetera y movio la sombrilla con mucho genio regreso y rompio sus dos sillas y sus dos sombrillas las hizo pedazo con la herramienta que usaba para abrir los huecos en la arena fue horrible al ver eso llame al 911 e hice la queja al hotel, nadie me llamo del hotel, nadie vino a darme una respuesta creo que en un lugar donde se va a vacacionar en familia y con niños no deberia haber personas agresivas trabajando y menos atendiendo al publico

Great deal for the location but temper expectations for age of hotel. If you have a great spot on the beach you shouldn’t be in your room too much anyway. If from out of town I recommend uber to and from airport because parking not available at hotel. Also ask for more updated room. These tips will negate all the negative reviews you see.

The beach access was perfect! Hotel location was near many restaurants and shopping locations. The hotel was clean and service personal were always available. The staff were always friendly and willing to help.

Absolutely terrible

My stay was terrible. It was so outdated. My shower didn't work, toilet didn't flush. The windows were so dirty , we couldn't see anything out of them. The smell in the room was terrible. I wouldn't stab here again.

What I liked about the property was the location the pool was nice and the beach which they have no control over was nice. Everything else was classless , if you have any class at all this is not the place you want to stay..old stinky . But photos look good. It Looks good from far, but far from good. Just getto people everywhere. , cigarette smell everywhere weed smell everywhere. And remove that paino in the lobby. Kids all day smashing keys. So annoying Free breakfast so so Ashtrays everywhere I can go on n on But not. Bye

The pool area was beautiful the lobby was large checking in was difficult due to people walking to the desk im front of people who were in line the hotel had charm but definitely needs to be updated I did not feel safe taking a shower due to no grab bars. The safe was so close to the floor it was difficult to use toiletd were low also no gran bsrd
