Clean, close to the beach but old and not updated. Breakfast poor there was not variety of choice if you want egg or sausage you have to pay extra. No parking available. Overall good.

A little outdated but for the price and it being beachfront u cant complain only thing that sucks is theres no hotel parking so you could be driving around for a bit to find some where to park

The pool and proximity to the beach is amazing! The pobby is nice and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had one big issue. The room key cards would deactivate everyday. This got to the point where we would just ask for a new card everytime we went to the room which sometimes resulted in waiting in a line for the front desk. They really need to fix this issue. Otherwise, I would'nt mind staying here again.

Miami Beach at great price

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Dated decor but that was fine with us. We appreciated the price. There was no vending we could find, just an expensive bar, which was disappointing when we were just looking for a water or soda after a long day traveling.

Very old hotel w/a facelift; Beautiful lobby w/lots of unique seating & a couple of pool tables. Nice pool & very close direct access to the beach. Staff were very nice & helpful. HOWEVER, the rooms were terrible, except for the partial beach view...room door literally hanging crooked with 1/4" gap at top corner so had to force door shut w/a LOT of banging force. 1" gap at the bottom of the door. Very thin doors & walls. Outlets on both sides of the bed did NOT work. Hubby had to stand on a chair to reach the very short ceiling fan chain (very high ceilings). The next night in a different room, there were NO bedside tables - snagged one from the room we were moved from. NO table lamps, so housekeeping had to find one for the room...otherwise no light. Even shorter ceiling fan chain, so had to call maintenance to turn it on. Phone did not work. Breakfast room was large, but the food line was not big enough to support the large # of people being served - everyone crowding around everything. Was very overwhelming & frustrating. Plus on top of the room fee paid thru Expedia, there was a $28/day "resort" fee! .... the best part was leaving the building to walk the very short distance to the beach! If you ONLY care about a close beach, stay here - but if you ALSO want a nice hotel room, look elsewhere.

This property is VERY dated. I could get past that, however the staff is AWFUL. Took forever to check in. They overcharged me for the resort fee. Actually checked me in as the wrong person. The lobby is dirty. THEY LOST AN OVERNIGHT PACKAGE CONTAINING MY CONTACTS. Don’t be fooled by the “included breakfast” it’s barely a continental breakfast. If you want anything hot it’s extra, and you have to pay cash. Sketchy. I would not go back to this place. There are lots of other options.

Do not want to give them one star.

This hotel has no parking and it is not advertised until checking in. They offered us a late check out to only decline it the next day aggressively threatening us with "charges" a minute after 12 which is usually complimentary everywhere. If youre looking for a place to sleep near the beach with no parking and horrible customer service from managers included this is your place. Kinda cheap but we see why now.

The property is right on the beach, with a nice pool. The room is dated, but the view is great! Room wasnt ready until 5. Asked for extra pillows 3 times and never recieved them. Bed was comfortable. 3 stars total.
