Good location, a bit run down and outdated.
The hotel is a little outdated and a bit run down but it is right on the beach with beach access. The beds were very comfortable and the balcony suites were remodeled and pretty nice. We had to have maintenance fix the door that wouldn't lock and I had a heavy glass shower door come off the tracks at the end of my shower. Maintenance did fix it right away which was nice.

I had to wait for my room to be ready, but the room was nice and clean. Great view and a good area. Parked at the next door hotel at the valet for $30 in/out privileges per night, beach was amazing white sand with free chairs, hotel had $150 deposit plus resort fee, breakfast was not full service, but had a variety of bagels, cereal, juice and coffee. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.
