My first time in Miami. Loved this property. So unique and quaint. Friendly staff and prompt service when needed. Rooms were a little dated but clean. Activities were very easily walkable from proximity of this location Only complaint was having to ask for fresh wash cloths when adequate linen was provided for everything else. I would definitely recommend the Royal Palm and I see myself staying here again.

Good location. Clean and felt safe. Cute while affordable. Only thing I was disappointed was the included in room amenities were lacking. Only 2 coffee pods and only 2 creamers/sugars for 2 ppl for 2 days?? The body wash was empty by our 2nd night. I had to ask for washcloths as there was only one when we first arrived.

I enjoyed my short stay at the property maybe I would stay again for the good location. All staff were friendly and professional. The only issue was the room cleanliness they did clean once a day however our first night at the hotel I noticed the bathroom had areas in the shower sink and tub that looked dirty as well as dust on the windows and furniture. I’m very cautious because my daughter has a medical condition and she returned home sick from our trip . I think I would stay again if it was myself or my husband but just not with my daughter .
