Fabulous Hotel, Fabulous Location!!
We booked this hotel last minute, and weren't sure how it was going to be - since photos and reviews can sometimes be deceiving, but my Wife, Son and I were VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED at how nice this hotel really is!! We live just across on the SW Coast of Florida, and we'll be sure to tell all of our friends that it is the PERFECT place for a "Staycation". We will surely be back again sometime soon, as we truly loved everything about the hotel, and found everything to be top notch! It is very clear that they take much pride in maintaining this hotel, and we don't have a single thing we can recommend to make it any better! We originally planned to go out for our breakfasts, but instead ended up having breakfast in their restaurant on the 2nd floor for BOTH of our mornings, and were very happy with the food, and service. EVERYONE they have working there went above and beyond to make us and all of the other guests feel welcome and well taken care of! We even had lunch by the pool, and enjoyed that too (Great Tacos!), before heading out to the beach for a nice swim in the ocean! We also borrowed a few (Complimentary) bikes for an early morning bike ride on the walking/bike path, and loved that too! (The path goes directly past the hotel) Looking VERY much forward to our next stay!!

Will never come back and will not recommend.
Was initially assigned a room that hasn't been cleaned since the previous guest had left (see pic attached). Had to go back to the lobby because nobody is picking up the phones! The staff who assigned us the room wasn't apologetic at all! No customer delight! The next room we were given had lacking pillows and other utilities. Called the front desk again for several times to no avail. As if they just let the phones ring until guests give up. The only pleasant experience was the nice valet and bike attendants.
This was what greeted us as we entered the room. Filthy!
