we loved the room, it was huge, in the evening I couldn't turn on the water for the shower I called reception in less than 10 minutes someone came to see us, finally we had to pull very hard on the wrist. The view from our room was amazing very good unlimited coffee in the lobby, I really liked the concept the location is perfect, we were 2 mothers with two young children, the movement was very easy towards the brick elk, restaurant and bayside, on foot and Trolley. the only thing less pleasant the pillows are not good at all, I woke up with a stiff neck.

All was ok except the fact that one of the elevators was working and the other one wasn’t always accessible , most times we had to use the stairs . That caused problems for me being a cancer patient with bone and joint issues . I had to take meds the last 4 to 5 days . I was there for 10 nights . I’m on my way home right now and still in pain .

Son got mugged last night and slept outside because he didn’t have his phone to call anyone. Borrowed someone’s phone this morning and I got him a room. Hotel wouldn’t let him check in because he didn’t have a card for the security deposit. My wife called the hotel to give them her card and they wouldn’t except. He was exhausted and scared from last night and the hotel had no compassion. We wound up just booking another hotel, but we lost $130 for this room. Never again will I do this hotel chain. Lack common sense.

The front desk Staff was so friendly and accomodating. My room was clean and the waterside view from my room was entertaining as we watched all the boats ride by. We walked to the mall which was super convenient and I will definitely be staying here the next time I am in Miami. It was a grown and sexy vibe way better than south beach!

Room ceiling has a hole, bathroom mirror has mold, room door didn’t close all the way, can see inside room from hall. Only One elevator available to use, causing 10 minutes wait or more. Staff has no customer service mute service. One i called to complain of door no one answered.

Walking up the street there were lots of homeless sleep on the sidewalk. It didnt feel safe. Around the hotel was wonderful.
