NO WEEKDAY CRUISE SHUTTLE
We specifically booked this hpyel because it advertised a cruise shuttle for a surcharge. IT DOES NOT HAVE A CRUISE SHUTTLE TUE-THURS. Will not book again.

Nobody spoke english or cared to be of any help. Pretty sure we found bed bugs and we reported it but they didnt care. First room they put us in hadnt been cleaned yet or even bed made. Was the worst hotel ive ever stayed at and i paid almost $400 a night

We stayed one night to take a cruise out of the port of Miami the next day and the A/C in our room wasn’t working on a 90 degree night. We called and maintenance was unable to fix the A/C. Needless to say our vacation got off to a rough start. I don’t think I’m alone in saying I don’t sleep well when I’m hot and sweaty. On top of that we were unaware of the terrible parking situation. They have valet for $50/night or a parking garage a couple blocks away for $20/night with no in and out access. You can find a better place to stay than this place. Good luck if you book here.
