Not what it looks like in real life. Old pictures.

Does not look like the pictures at all, the furniture was not existing, the bed were on the floor the bathrooms door will not close, everything is old and outdated needs to be repainted and remodel all the walls and structure needs to be repair theres holes on the wall amd paint filling apart, scratches and people's names carved all over from the elevator to the rooms, and no illumination on the rooms other than 1 little lamp.

Very basic room

Price was cheap so was not expecting much. Old & tired decor. Not dirty but lots of repairs needed (holes in drywall or missing baseboards, etc). Bed seemed new, pillows were cheap. Only given one towel. Toilet paper was missing but front desk replenished it. TV was only addition. No fridge or coffee pot. But shower pressure and water temp were phenomenal on 3rd floor.

I never stayed here. I went. Lady was on phone and told me to wait. I really felt unsafe and it was a nasty hotel. I left and drove home instead of staying. I tried to call the front desk to cancel and they never answered the phone. The worst experience, ever. I never even checked in.

I hate to say this but they had bed bugs or something. I have little bite marks after my stay. AND the image made it seem like it was such a beautiful place. It was terrible and run down. No damn pillows, day pillows in place. A sheet to cover bed nothing thicker and the CURTAINS sooooo dirty. Ugh

Nothing about the property that’s showing online is what you see when you show up there the building is rundown the elevators broken washroom rundown there’s roaches.

I had to cancel my stay because this hotel was in absolutely horrible condition. The first room I was given was disgustingly dirty—there was hair all over the bed, the bathroom was filthy, and there were used towels left behind. I asked for a new room, hoping it would be better, but it was just as bad. As soon as we got off the elevator, there was a horrible smell in the hallway. Inside the second room, there was a strong mildew odor, the bathroom was again dirty with used towels, the bed had no covers, and the dresser was literally missing drawers. To top it off, the first floor had random furniture blocking the entire hallway. The whole place was disgusting and poorly maintained. It honestly needs to be shut down. This hotel doesn’t deserve the 4 stars it claims—it’s misleading and unacceptable

Worst place I’ve been ever in my life. Everything is dirty. The smell is horrible. Hotel condition. Miserable carpet with stains everywhere. Customer service awful people who work there are rude. Don’t recommend it at all. It’s better to stay in the hostel then staying in this hotel.

This place is a health hazard. I wish I read the reviews before booking. Room dirty and smells horrible. They charge $ 90 for room service but don't pick up the phone when you call. Good location but that's all. Front desk lady was rude. No refund. Overpriced. Terrible experience. The health/safety department should pay them a visit.
