Its our second time on that hotel..its pretty nice and clean. The only thing we did not like is that it was very noisy in the hall, someone was slamming the door every 5 minutes until sometime after midnight.

This property was very nice and suited us well although there was quite a bit of airport noise in the morning. Major warning for guests: DO NOT ask the front desk to arrange a taxi for you. Use Uber or Lyft. We asked for a taxi to be arranged when we checked in. They did not set that up. In the morning, we asked again for a TAXI and they sent some random dude (maybe a friend of the front desk?). He charged us $60 to take two of us downtown. When we returned to the airport, an Uber charged us $16. Regency, if you're reading this, you should be ashamed. I'd like a refund, but I doubt you'll respond.

I decided to stay here before I board on my cruise. To begin the shuttle service that is supposed to pick us from the airport to the hotel was ridiculously slow. The automated voice message said the shuttle bus would be white but its a baby PINK. I almost missed it because I was looking for a white bus. Check in was fine. I was able to get in my room earlier than 3 pm. The stale stench was something that slapped my nose immediately when I walked into my room. The bathtub and shower walls were filthy. The bathtub did not drain. I was only staying here one night so I didn’t want to be bothered with someone coming into my room to fix it or clean anything. I wore shower flip flops. Moving on, I had ordered dinner through DoorDash and unfortunately, the place forgot my utensils, so I walked down to the lobby for utensils. When I asked the employee at the bar for some, he gave me a stank face that made me uncomfortable. Literally in front of everyone at the bar... It was like he didn’t want to give the plastic utensils…I walked back upstairs to my room very disturbed. This hotel looks expensive on the outside but it’s garbage.

Have mold allergies? Pick a different hotel.

You can tell they have tried to refresh. There is an overwhelming air freshener smell throughout. We changed rooms because the safe wasn't working - although it was quite an ordeal despite being told it was low occupancy. The first room smelled like mildew. The second room less so but when I got in bed I had a massive allergic reaction. Very sensitive to mold. I tried to use the business center computer - it was giving an error message. I rebooted, same error, went to front desk for help and he told me it was working fine. Shuttle to and from airport was easy.

Beautiful decor, very clean room, good climate control in the room. Good shuttle service. However when i was at the airport and I called the front desk, because I did not see the shuttle, and I wanted to confirm that it was running at 9pm, no one answered.

Very good breakfast

The check-in was very unpleasant with the rude staff. Room conditions seem to be substandard with somber, filthy, and lacking furniture. However, the breakfast was very satisfying with the kind and clean atmosphere and good food.
