It was ok for a 1 night stay but I definitely wouldn’t choose again. I called and asked about early check in, they said 1st come 1st serve. No mention of an extra fee. I arrived and was charged a $20 fee. Not a big deal but should have been informed. Strong feeling that the fee was made up when I arrived. Facility was not clean, bedding not changed, and the elevator took a very long time for 4 levels.

Beware of booking online.

I stayed at Red Roof for three weeks without incident then paid online to book a fourth week but when checking in for the fourth week the Red Roof staff would not allow me to check in and they cancelled my reservation The money paid to book on Hotel.com was lost Also Red Roof charged a $ fee on a card they were not authorized to use for incidentals.

horrible experience

The front desk clerk was friendly but my second day into the trip the electricity went off and the elevator stopped working and was not in service by the time I checked out so I had to dragged my luggage down two flight of stairs.. The T.V channels went out and did not come back in before I left. The Gate to the parking which I paid for was left open so anyone could drive into and park at will. I think I deserve a refund from both the room and parking. but of course nothing was offered.

Very disappointing. Arrived late. Prostitutes in the elevators. Whole place smelled like weed. Was told there was shuttle to airport ,but when we tried to book several times we were told it was all booked. No food to eat. Pancake syrup on elevator floors.
