Terrible experience. Don’t stay here. Not worth the hassle and definitely not worth the price at all. There was weak internet at first and then no internet at all, which meant cash only for their overpriced food and water etc. The air conditioner barely worked. The television didn’t work so they offered a certain discount but then changed their story at checkout time. The woman was so rude to me when all I asked for was them to take off the agreed upon amount. There were constant construction noises, and this is the only place I’ve ever stayed that didn’t offer free coffee in the lobby - it costs ~$4 per tiny cup. Half the elevators weren’t working either - at one point there was only one working for the entire hotel including staff. It was literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I’ve traveled a lot in budget friendly places. This place was terrible. Never again.

The hotel is very outdated. The room was dirty. The refrigerator want working and the outside of the refrigerator door was dirty with blood stains on it. I contacted the front desk about it and they never cam e to look at the fridge or clean it. There was a glob of hair in the corner of the bathroom floor. Overall a very bad experience.

The property was just ok. Our cleaning lady Clara was excellent. Very attentive to our personal needs. She made sure things in the room was super cleaned and stocked. She made the stay very pleasant. The other staff could use a lesson in customer service. I dont if its the language barrier, but the valet staff was rude and the pool monitors. The hotel has a strict towel rule. You have sogn your towels out. I understand why, but i i felt like a criminal. Overall it was just ok, no major issues.

There wasn’t a lot of food options within walking distance and the food at the pool was overpriced and not good. The beach charged for chairs/umbrellas and the room smelled like dog. Staff were all very nice!

Had multiple room issues, had to change rooms 3 times in 12 hours. Paid a lot of money to stay here and didn’t think it was worth it. Staff gave a small credit on 1 night for all the issues. I’m not one to complain but there was way too many issues and I didn’t feel they did much to make my stay enjoyable

The hotel was fine for the price. We waited a while for early check in and had to come back to the front desk twice to see if the room was ready. Valet was more expensive than I expected and it was not very easy to call and get my car there was a lot of miscommunication. There’s apartments at this hotel (didn’t know that) so when you call down to get your car and they ask if you’re the owner they don’t mean the owner of the vehicle. I made that mistake and they spent far too long trying to figure out which car was mine. They didn’t even check my ticket when picking up my car they asked which one was mine and handed me the keys. The pool area was nice. I wish the room was a little cleaner but I figured they rushed since we were wanting to check in early. Overall the stay was fine.

Not amazing
The hotel is in beautiful location but unfortunately is not being maintained well. It is in major need of a remodel. It was clean, but drywall and bathroom finishes are chipping. The hallway smelled kind of like moth balls too. I would not have wanted to stay there more than one night. The resort amenities are lack luster.

It is an outdated property with the bathrooms either not draining properly or clogging. Housekeeping was fast at towel request. Valet needs 30 min heads up otherwise youll have to wait.

Worst experience ever!
We had the worst experience ever, our vacation was ruined. Front desk personnel were extremely rude, and unfriendly, other staff were rude as well. The ceiling was leaking, the shower curtains were ripped and dirty and toilet seat is broken!
