You get what you pay for, maybe less.

Stayed 03/04/25. Staff is very friendly. Dropping car off at valet went well, $30 for parking!! When picking up the car, they said we had to 30 minutes notice!. $20 resort fee??? It’s not a resort! No bars, or restaurants were open there. Had to go off property at night. It appeared some people live there. The place was clean, but it was dingy. Everything needs to be repainted. Lamps in room were rusty. Furniture was old and dinged up.

The lobby is beautiful, then you go into your room and it’s kinda a let down. Old, outdated. It was big, and loved the balcony. Was sand in our bed and pubic hair on toilet, so not really clean.

We booked 3 rooms, we arrive at 1:30PM. No possibility to get not one of the rooms because they were been clean…which is understandable. We came back at 4:00. Rooms still being clean. We we told that we have to wait at least 30 more minutes. People in our group party were coming from overseas with 4 years old kids.. front desk very unprofessional. They just don’t care. They don’t even try to tell you nicely we we can wait .. no sorry, no nothing .. just you have to wait… anyway .. everything is old, dirty, terrible food, people are rude. The most I pirtat is they just don’t care. Now .. I knew it was going to be bad .. you get for what you pay. But is terrible. The exemption are: excellent location. In a very nice area. Front beach. Swimming pool people who works in that area very nice. Bed was very good. Shower’s water pressure very good. If you don’t care if is old, dirty and careless employees go there.
