The pool was not functioning. Breakfast was advertised as free but was actually $12 per person. Those were two of the biggest amenities that led us to wanting to book with this hotel, and turned out to be unavailable or untrue. The shuttle service from the airport was great in theory, but the first driver drove right by us and did not stop and attempt to pick up any passengers. When we called the hotel to inform them, they told us to wait for the next, which was an hour away. The shuttle to the port was a nice service, again, not free.

Staff is very professional, with a friendly welcoming smile. Everything was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable with clean crisp sheets. We have stayed in the area before and chose this hotel due to Old Tom’s sports bar. Great atmosphere and terrific food choices. I’m going on a cruise, and the shuttle that services the area is convenient and reasonably priced at $12 . A shame that the pool is closed having undergone renovations and awaiting inspection to open however we will enjoy it next time I’m sure as we are already booked again for the end of November. Although the airport shuttle is only available once per hour the driver was friendly and helpful

Didn't have a elevator to carry your luggage upstairs. And if you able to figure out how to get to the other building to floor two. Need more people to work front desk, especially at night. Other than that very good hotel

The rooms was very nice an clean. I stayed for 9 days an the pool was not open to the guests what is a vacation without a pool. If i had known the pool was not open i would have not stayed there

We chose this hotel due to the proximity to the airport and the price was great. The hotel provides shuttle services to the airport. You can also buy breakfast fo $12. Our room was spacious with a kitchenette and very clean. The pool was closed for renovations during our stay. There isn't an elevator to access the second floor so you need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Also you can access a restaurant through the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

I really liked that their rooms and bathrooms were very clean. They also have vending machines. They have a bar & grill onsite called Toms. There were drinks, good food, trivia night and great service. The one thing I didnt like about the hotel was the customer service and the shuttle service. The staff could be a little friendlier and use a nicer tone on the phone. The shuttle service ONLY goes to the airport 1 time every hour. They had my Sister waiting out there for 1 hour. They need to fix their shuttle service to go every 30 minutes. They are only 1.5 miles from the airport. So i dont see why they cant go more often. Also, if you want pool access, call ahead of time because the pool was closed when we went.

The room was nice and spacious and the staff were great and made the check in/out process go quick. There was however a fairly loud fan in my room that I could not turn off, there were no towels, and the main light did not work. Everything else went great and the hotel shuttle to the airport was very convenient.
