The property needs a lot of work. There were people working on the pool. The rooms were smelly and the door to the bathroom hit the sink when opening it. There was one tiny window in the bathroom that didn’t open. The beds were very small. Not double beds for sure.

Couldn't find an elevator near my room so I chose to drag my suitcase up and then back down a flight of stairs to a room on the second floor... not a huge deal. We also didn't look very hard for the elevator though. besides that parking was free and easy and everything else was great! I would stay here again. Oh and breakfast is $12 per person plus tax so we chose to eat elsewhere but my friend said her salad at the on site restaurant was amazing.

Very Noisy in hall way. Children were scream and crying as well as adults. Room was super small and restroom was small as well. Room smell fresh on entrance but Pillows and bed sheet doesn’t smell fresh. Parking was around in the back with no instructions. stand up shower with uneven tiles.

Location is great. Love the free shuttle service and staff are nice. Don’t like the fact there’s no assistance to carry the luggage to the room. We stayed on the second floor and have a few suitcases. We had to carry them ourselves. Help was not offered although I initiated that I was not pleased in doing so.

If your room is ready early the will gladly let you check in. For $20.00. I sat in the lobby instead of my room. I guess me running the AC for 2 hours must concern them. Check out is 11AM. I checked out at 6AM. But they never offered me $20? But that doesn't matter. It is the ROACH MOTEL. I saw one roach my first and second nught. No big deal it is Florida. Night 3 I had 4 in my bathroom. I finally took pictures. nasty.

The property had testing of fire alarm at 11:00 after i paid for late check out. Continually having the alarm tested for every 5 minutes until i left at 13:20 due to headache. I will be disputing the extended charge with my bank.

Don't just book for the shuttle
I arrived to the airport and called the hotel to confirm the shuttle would be arriving after about 30minutes i saw the shuttle in the driving lane. As i tried manuvering around the crowd of people to get to it, it kept moving and pulled off! Without me getting on! ...when the hotel knew exactly what door i was at. When i called the hotel back they informed me that the shuttle only ran ONCE every hour and the driver refused to turn around. I was left to either stand there for another hour and ten minutes or call an Uber... which takes more time but also defeated the purpose of me choosing this hotel. It took me almost 2h to get to the hotel, arriving after midnight. The same fan be asid during the day, because the shuttle only runs once every hour i pray you get downstairs when they want AND that there arent too many people needing a ride that day.
