Everything was good. Rooms, beds, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Sports bar restaurant attached to hotel with excellent food. Hotel lobby music was too loud.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Close proximity to airport with free shuttle available. Fantastic food available at attached restaurant, Old Tom's. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Background music in lobby was a bit too loud. Hard to have a conversation without raising your voice.

We were only here for 1 night and the staff are friendly! RT transportation occurs only on the hour, every hour. So if you arrive at the arrival gate and are outside by 15 minutes after the hour, expect to wait 45 minutes to utilize their transportation to the property. Additionally, the smell (chemical or something) of our room was so bad that we had to sleep with our window wide open. Of course it was cold outside, so we had to run the heat to balance out the temperature. No screens in the windows and the blackout curtains, do not do any justice to the light. I will never stay and/or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed is amaaazing. AC is a bit noisy. The shower is not too good. I didn't expect to not have elevators. My luggage was heavy and it was difficult for me. On the other ha, d staff from Shuttle Services are amazing. For spending a nig, t it is ok having in mind the points above.
