They offer shuttle service but only st specific times, and it is shared with Wyndham Hotel. The text I received said the pick up point was at Zone 15. I'd never been to MIA, so I ask at the info desk, and others where is Zone 15. No one knows. I tried calling ...no joy there. So I ask the next obvious question where is the hotel shuttle pick up area....and waited there for an hour+. It eas not Zone 15 but Exit door 15 on the second level. The facility is run down....and in need of some serious cleaning and maintenance work. The room was functional and everything worked but really not up to Quality Inn standards.

Building falling apart. Mold all over our headboards and on ceiling and walls. No control over AC. Breakfast was terrible, waffle batter was watered down and wouldn’t cook. All mushy. No meats. Powdered eggs. My dad had adjoining room. Same issues but he had no hot water. Room was 63* he put it up then heat came on and wouldn’t shut off. No sleep. Horrible. Staff wouldn’t do anything for us. I took a video.

The rooms are old and dirty. I had to change rooms three times in three nights due to filth, no toiletries in the room, fire alarm battery going off, and I didn’t like that there were plastic coverings on the bed under the sheets. The breakfast was disgusting with limited choice. I did not feel comfortable at all. I was disappointed in my stay. The coffee wasn’t even hot. There were guests on the third floor that ended up having the police call on them with unruly behavior and looking disheveled- was concerned these people could be of danger. I also did not like the fact that you are not allowed to change the temperature in the room. I was freezing.

I accidentally booked the wrong date. When the confirmation email came in I realized my mistake called Expedia right away. Asked to change date. For 2 and half times more than the original price we can do that. I said no just cancel it. They said the hotel will not cancel a reservation I made a few minutes ago.
