First, if your flight coming in is late like after 6 or 7 by the time you clear passport control. The shuttle service is done for the night. The customer service is not very welcoming and water was running on the floor at the toilet in the bathroom.

First room had an odour, hair on towels, and little bug crawling on the wall and in the tub. They changed my room and towels were dirty and there was no hot water in the shower. They changed my room again and a random guest tried to open my room door . It was the worst experience ever for me and I do not recommend any one staying here.

Quality Inn .. Not a quality experience

Not good experience. Smelly room. Bed sheets with stain , unclean microwave, no toilet paper , tv present, no remote. Non working telephone.. had to go down to engage front desk. Overall I would not recommend hotels.com or this hotel . Booked 3 nights, but has to bail out after a day. Requested refund for 2 nights . Hotels.com said they could not get hold of quality hotel management to get the refund and gave a reason as a policy. Not an acceptable experience from both hotels.com or quality inn hotels. Overall NOT a quality experience.

The price warns you of what to expect so we got a room with clogged toilet, creaky bad bed, door bolt broken, mold in bathroom, holes in walls, peeling paint, old rústic furniture, thin & worn out bed, sheets and píllows, yet the place was sold out! so will not miss our business!
