Terrible stay. Booked for 9 days, they never changed the sheets. Cockroaches, mold in the bathroom, they never sanitized the room, on certain days they only threw away trash and replaced towels. People smoking weed on the premises. Felt unsafe for me and my daughter. Avoid!!!!

I regret not checking the reviews before I selected this hotels; as I did when I arrived to the property, I would not add much more to the terrible reviews this hotel has. Personally, rates amongst the 3 worst stays I’ve had in my life, which I though impossible to surpass (ie I actually did not stay there since I checked out 1 hour after I checked-in and found a better option to move) As I was looking for a near the airport stay with quick shuttle in and out to the airport. next day; the offered shuttle never arrived (+1 hour wait, even after calling the hotel to ask for its schedule) and ended up paying an Uber to the hotel; just to check out 1 hour after.

The place is in some serious need of updates. The wifi only worked in the lobby, not in the rooms. And the free shuttle from the airport that is advertised, won't come after 8, so if you have an evening flights, you will have to pay for your own way there. They do not tell you this before you book, only after you've paid!!!

Front agent look like he is annoyed by any question. First room was dirty and used. Told FD agent and no apologies or anything. Second room was better. Pool very dirty. Said under maintenance. Elevator inspection expired since 2023 and acting up. Breakfast says 6-9 on website. But hotel says 7-9.

Airport transfer shuttle was very late and har to find No Answer at motel when we attemted to phone. Hotel room phones disconnected by phone company. No restaurants close to motel Many cats in and around motel, drinking from pool They did NOT honor our Choice membership and award points for our 2 nights stay Would find a different motel next time Definitrly not up to the standards of other Chioce motels I have stayed in.

There was a cat on a sofa when you check in, there were bed bugs. The entire facility smelled terribly. There was also rust in the bathroom, tub, and around the edges of the bed. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The ceiling had water damage, there was a hole in the wall, and the floor was so dirty my feet turned a charcoal color. Gross.
