2nd stay at this hotel but you can see that the rooms are falling apart from bed mattress to electrical connections, dusty desks. Perhaps only thing which is better is breakfast that seems that hotel did improve

The rooms doesn’t reflect the rating or the lobby and common areas. The rug in the room I didn’t want to walk barefoot and the carpet design looked like an oil spill. The rooms just need to be upgraded, & more modern. It looks like an upgraded motel. However, customer service, location, convenience and common areas were great!

This hotel was like the vacation before the vacation. We loved the room and the beautiful view along with the bar with the restaurant options. Parking was a little tight, but other than that we loved this hotel and would stay there again.

I had a fantastic experience at the Pullman Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their genuinely friendly and attentive service. Every interaction—from check-in to housekeeping—was warm and professional, which really made a difference during my stay. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast. There was a wide variety of fresh options, both local and international, with everything beautifully presented and constantly replenished. It was the perfect way to start each day. Another standout feature was the gym, which was always open to guests. As someone who likes to work out on a flexible schedule, I really appreciated having 24/7 access. The equipment was modern, clean, and well-maintained—ideal for keeping up with fitness routines while traveling. Overall, my stay at Pullman was comfortable, enjoyable, and exceeded expectations. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and convenience with excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Quick check in, friendly front desk. Nice workout and pool area but didn’t have a chance to use it. Room needs a refresh (paint, upgrades), shower handle needs maintenance. Appreciate the free water and coffee. Lobby very inviting and beautiful view.

The upgraded room was 59$ and not as nice as a reg room the following weekend. Late check out was 25$ an hour.. ridiculous. Breakfast cost 59$ and my husband had oatmeal and I had an omelet. Again ridiculous. Alaina the shuttle driver was awesome!

The hotel itself is fine, nothing special which was fine as we only stayed for one night due to a flight cancellation. I've since contacted the hotel several times to obtain a receipt for our stay for insurance purposes and they've ignored every correspondence. Very strange indeed - it would take maybe two minutes to send this to me. instead, I'll be £250 out of pocket.
