Gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful guiding us to good restaurants in the area as well as tips. Room Is very basic but exceptionally clean. Love that they provide bottled water In the room for free as well as two free welcome drinks

Bathrooms were small, its fan did not work, drains smell swage . rooms are smaller than what it shows in picture. No daily housekeeping, should request for cleaning snd towels , no automatic daily service . Breakfast had limited options specially for people with lactose intolerance issue or vegetarian. There was no buffet for meat part only get served certain amount . Overall it was below American hotels standard .location was great . Staff were excellent.

Firstly the location of the hotel was good. After that it goes downhill fast. We stayed 7 days in the penthouse 1 king bed with terrace. The room was very tired and quite dirty the sliding doors to the terrace would not close properly and could not be locked. So if there is any wind the door opens slightly. The shower door also does not close properly and makes terrible noise when opening it. Also the power of the shower is very week. Now I could not believe the breakfast situation they have at this hotel. There are very limited tables to eat breakfast indoors so when we arrived for breakfast there was a queue and by the time we received our breakfast no tables were available. So we had to sit outside. Something we both did not want to do. Also the breakfast was very average. In the end after the third day we decided to go elsewhere and eat. Overall this is a tired hotel.

We had issues with hot water, we communicated with reception and they asked us to turn on the shower and wait 15 minutes, we waited 30 minutes and got no help, we called again and they said they would notify maintenance, we had no shower and the only option was a cold shower, asked again the next morning and still had to wait.
