Well, I would like to give this resort a higher rating. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service that we received when booking our stay. we were met with minimal assistance when we needed to cancel our reservation and we’re forced to book 2 times in order to get our money back. The resort was fine nothing that elevated so I’m confused why they don’t have a better refund policy and quite frankly I was very disappointed with the breakfast provided

I booked this hotel comparing prices, and after it said, I paid all fees and taxes when I arrived at the property there were resort fee fees. Had I been given an option to accept the resort fees and pay for them in advance I would’ve turned down the reservation because it made the price not comparative to hotels in local area without fee. Also, the pool was extremely cloudy dirty tiles look like they had hadn’t been scrubbed in months.

What a great location! And we appreciated the complimentary beach towels and bottles of waters. The pool is on the smaller side but nice and quite warm. Breakfasts were good, but without a lot of variety. The rooms are also on the smaller side and the bathrooms could use updating. But you can’t beat the value for the stellar location.

Our accommodation was described as a villa but turned out to be a standard room on the third floor and had super bad wifi connection. We also didn't like the additional fee for use of their pool as we didn't use it. They say the want to upgrade you but they really only move you to a different room.
