Amazing Service and Friendly Staff! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The front desk staff, pool attendants, breakfast team, and housekeeping were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience feel special from start to finish. Their exceptional service truly made a difference and enhanced my time in Miami. The hotel is in a great location, and I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant stay. I will definitely be returning the next time I visit Miami!

The room was large, the bed was excellent and so was the wifi. It felt safe and relatively quiet. The room had no storage options however (no drawers and precious little shelving). I resented the resort fee which should be charged only by resorts. Breakfast was average at best by Canadian standards. But the main requirements of the hotel were met.

Front desk check in was terrible. Billing summary after booking showed I paid the resort fee and then I had to pay it again. My friends and I booked together and one of us got booked in the main hotel while the other got booked in the sister hotel. Elevators are very slow common areas very dirty. First continental breakfast I have ever been to where they limit your food. Overall bad experience will never book again.
