Paid for a suite. Temperature gauge was broken. Engineering did not fix. Room freezing first night. Staff did nothing to fix inspite of multiple notifications. Too much money to spend on a room that was uncomfortable!! No accommodations made for us to compensate for inconvenience.

My entire stay was really lovely starting with Simon at check-in was so wonderful and made me feel really welcome and valued. I also really enjoyed using the spa facilities and Nobu crispy rice and a cocktail for happy hour at the beautiful lobby bar. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I will come back if I find myself in Miami again.

Very nice hotel and good room. However to Market this on Expedia as a 5 star hotel was pushing it. I have no complaints but clearly is not on the same level in Miami as the Setai or 1 which are also 5 star hotels. We had four people in our room and the beach only wanted to give us two chairs ? Kind of a ridiculous policy. You should be given the amount of people on your reservation. All in all nice experience.

Had an amazing stay at the Nobu Miami Beach. The rooms were gorgeous, the staff was friendly and we really enjoyed having the Adults Only Pool overlooking the Ocean. Shoutout Kimberly, she was an awesome server at the pool. We got a massage at the spa and it was great. Lastly, the gym was top notch for a hotel gym. My only slight complaints is that the pool menu is very limited and you donā€™t get priority reservation access to eat at the Nobu. We will definitely be back.

The properties is a little bit rundown. I didnā€™t like that the Jacuzzi closes at 8 PM and you canā€™t use the pool at night. All of these things are not reflective on the website and it does say 24 hour fitness.

The staff in this hotel are world class. Krystal checked us in and out and she provided the best welcome one could get. Miss Gwendolyn brought us our breakfast and sang happy birthday and made us feel very special. This is one of the best guest experiences weā€™ve ever had.
