I appreciate the staff they do the best they can to help you even if it goes above what they’re trained to do. The cleanliness of this building and the rooms was probably the highlight of our stay. I usually do a quick wipe down of any hotel room i stay in and i was pleased to see that most of what i wiped was already clean. Also the housekeeping staff was so friendly they truly made our experience great. I wish i had names unfortunately I'm bad with names. The valet staff were also all friendly every time we had an interaction with them. I really do applaud this hotel on the staff they hire they are all great people and a good face for the company. A few things i didn’t appreciate, first being the AC unit in the room. Im not sure if it was just our room, but it takes hours just to cool the room up and there were a handful of times where we left the room and came back to a really hot room, the ac would stop working completely and turn back on randomly after we try for 20 minutes, and then take another few hours to cool the room up with all doors and shades closed to cool up faster in about an hour and a half-two hours. Another issue for me is that theres no lock on the bathroom door, if i knew this i wouldn’t have booked at this hotel. Something else i didn't appreciate was that you weren’t up front with the fee’s on Expedia. Instead of charging people resort fees when they come in just put it up front. Its shady and its one of the reasons i wont book here again.
