Very pleasant stay. Well situated. Staff very nice. Suite was a good size. My only negative comment is that we found the suite and the hotel temperature really cold and the thermostats in the suites did not work very well despite bringing the staff in to help adjust them. Overall, a very nice hotel in a great location and enjoyed it.

The property is not super clean, we had to follow up for 2 hours one day for the housekeeping. The property is very noisy, whole day it was very noisy and even during late nights. I had to call one night as there were loud noises coming from upstairs.

The stay started with the rudest reception team I have ever experienced, the rooms were dirty, most uncomfortable bed and if you plan on coming to the hotel for the pool, do not bother, the insufficient amount of sun lounges and costs to reserve is ridiculous.
