This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing pool & the room was so clean and comfortable. I’m visually impaired & the staff couldn’t be more accommodating, showing me around everywhere within the hotel, making sure I can find everything and helping me with so much. Hotel staff, restaurant staff and pool staff have all been incredibly helpful & kind & checked up on me. I can’t rate my stay highly enough. Thank you, this does not happen everywhere & I really appreciated it!

Mondrian was a great experience, the room were spacious, nice view, and amazing outdoor space and pool. Overall very good stay, However, one of their amenities/services is a free bike ride the first 2 hours. The front desk NEVER told us about the code to not get charges the ride - i had to reach out to the company to get reimbursed because i was never given the piece of information. Everything was clean except the toilet bowl, it has urine stains inside, and i had to tell the cleaning lady to clean it, but she never did.
