Good stay not so good food.

My overall stay was good. Room was clean bed was comfortable shower was hot and staff was friendly. I have only one complaint the first day the breakfast buffet was great and the orange juice was amazing. It was served at the La Brisa restaurant. I went back the second day it was not so good and they put water in the orange juice. It tasted like water with orange color and when I told them about it they offered me a coke from the fountain which was very flat. The other people at the buffet opted for coffee instead but all of us agreed the orange juice was horrible. Please don’t try to skimp out or cut corners we pay a lot of money to stay there that was very low class to water down the orange juice to the point it had no taste. Also later that night La Brisa served me some hard buffalo wings and a couple of them was not even edible due to feathers and bones sticking out. They were like scrap ends of the chicken. The wings came out really fast after I ordered them and I could tell they probably had been sitting for a while and they just put them back in the grease and served them to me. I paid $16 for 6 wings and only 4 was edible. I was not satisfied with the food from La Brisa.

Awful. I want a refund

Got to resort and waited 5 hours even though our room was ready because check in was not till 4 unless I wanted to pay extra 40.00! Finally got to room. Found the beds had only flat sheets on them. Mattress pads were for king beds and so lumpy it was ridiculous and uncomfortable to sleep on. Now found two inscrutable wrappers and a condom in bedside table. Told front office. She said well I can tell clean crew to go get the trash. Nothing else offered. Nothing.

I recently stayed at the Miccosukee Casino & Resort and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were nice and very clean, providing a comfortable stay. The casino itself was on the smaller side, which limited the variety of gaming options. Dining was enjoyable, though the selection of restaurants was somewhat limited. The atmosphere was quiet and more family-oriented, which made for a relaxing stay but also felt a bit uneventful. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with a clean and comfortable environment, this could be a good choice, but those seeking a more vibrant casino experience might find it a bit slow-paced.

I did not like that they didn’t offer any early check in and they want to charge me extra. I was like one hour before check in time and I have to pay 50 in order to get room immediately. Really? No as a courtesy been my 3rd time staying there . But will be my last one all staff in general rude and with not customer service at all. You have to wait for the staff finish talking with there coworkers in cafeteria before they even look at you and help you, horrible horrible services in all area. Restaurant is overprice and with horrible quality food . Very disappointing this time .

Got assigned a room that had a dense smoking scent. Called the front desk and the front desk agent was kind enough to upgrade the room and move us immediately. The upgraded room was substantially better. I believe her name is Angelina. The outside had urine smell everywhere. It is a casino as well so I guess there’s that. The rooms don’t do any favors when it comes to the crowd and motorcycles that roll up outside. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan working. The jacuzzi’s caulking was wearing out and needed a touch up. The bathroom needed a touch up in general. Overall 4/5 stars.

The front desk was rude when I checked in, I booked for 2 rooms when I arrived they stated I didn't have a second room. So my Family member had to book with the hotel on a total different booking. Later that evening my card was charged twice. Please please i need my refund asap. The room smelled like smoke, the chairs in the room are super old and dirty. Their was Mold on the windows
