The hotel is conveniently located and we have stayed here several times. The hotel is a bit aged but is clean and the convenience to accessing the airport more then makes up for it. There is a bar/restaurant in the hotel as well that is a nice place to unwind the night before an early morning flight.

Their ad never said it was inside the airport, was hard to find. Room was extremely cold - no thermostat controls. There was a used bar of soap and a man’s shampoo left in the bathroom. Will never stay there again!

Just what was needed after a long haul flight, a hotel that you can walk to within the airport. Room was a good size, clean. Fine for a stop off before catching the next flight.

It looks like it has been remodeled, so it is nicer than the last time I used it. For anyone not having to leave the airport this is super convenient. It took me 10 minutes from my room to the gate.

The water faucet sink was clogged. It’s very outdated. My room was infront of the elevator. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise.

the sheets did not fit the bed. so they where off the entire night. the pillows where horrible. they where like thin cut bread, all 3 of them. there was a 50 dollar charge for early check in. I did not know that until 3 hours after waiting. once I saw the front desk guy give other folks their key and go up to their rooms, I then inquired again to another guy. the lady who was at the desk didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there, and I was directly in front of her. not once did she say a word. the room was ice cold. the temperature was set to freezing. needless to say, I will not be staying at that location again.

Arrived late at night start off the airplane with my kids to be told there was no room or reservation. I was instructed I would have to call the Expedia site to find a resolution. Our traveling companion had went through the same site as us and had no trouble checking in. Finally, after repeatedly disputing with the hotel staff a room was located for us.

I got a small room WITHOUT any window - like in a coffin!! I had the impression that I had gotten the worst room - but I was too tired to complain. It could have been because I booked at very short notice through Expdia and possibly because I only needed a single room.
