The elevator has not been operational for a long time. I had to carry my luggage up 3 flights of steps. The trash cans were full of trash on all 3 floors. This was a bad experience!

The property is very old and the elevator was broken the whole stay , we had to carry 50lb of luggage up three flights of stairs , I send an email to the head office in they never respond on a partial refund or an accommodation for our stay . Therefore this was totally unacceptable. I still haven’t spoke to anyone yet and Expedia didn’t accommodate me as well in I’m a platinum member.

Room wasn’t ready at 4pm. Staff got things ready as soon as they could. They said they upgraded us but we had the same room. Pictures didn’t portray the rooms as well.

If you are looking to sleep at all, run from this accommodation. You are practically sleeping in the nightclub next door. For $300 a night there should be windows that close from the noise and bugs, shattered windows that don’t look like bullets hit them and an elevator that works. The only nice thing I can say is it’s within walking distance to the beach, but even that is a half mile away. There aren’t enough characters in this review body to explain how awful this is.

Definitely in the middle on Miami night life. No parking on premises, but a garage right next to it. Bit expensive for overnight parking, but is Miami (to be expected)

I’m glad I came across this property. I stayed here twice and both times the staff was very accommodating. They allowed us to keep our luggage in their holding area while we walked around South Beach. We were extremely tired from our flight and requested an early check in. They said they will call us as soon as our room was available, and she did! She texted us our room key and code to enter. We was very happy! The room was nice, bed super comfy. There’s a really good market across the street with great snacks and I received an amazing pedicure across the street as well. I’m definitely returning, we had no complaints it was a smooth check in and check out process.
