The hotel is beautiful, clean and cozy. The reception area is weird. It looks like they tried to transform it into a self serve area but I never saw a single customer using the kiosks and everyone was being helped by a single clerk. The website never mentioned that you needed to have valet parking so that was an unaccounted for expense. The billing was supposed to go on my bosses credit card and they wanted mine on file just for "incidentals". Ok, fine. Then once I checked my bill it shows that everything was charged to my card and it was charged over three days, 10-12 different charges and it didn't match the receipt I was provided at the end. I do not believe anything was charged incorrectly even though there was two "credits" on my account as well. This led to a lot of confusion when trying to turn in my expense account at work. Having said all of that, the hotel itself was very nice, and I would stay there again. For those reasons, I had to remove one star.
