Very good location, nice loby, pool, access to the beach. Room is very small, mirrors in the room, bathroom in poor condition; tiles are broken,bath better to be replaced by shower, silicon doesn’t look new, it all need to be renovated...

Never again - Horrifying experience!!! Incompetent staff and very nasty. My daughter and I were accused of making too much noise just trying to open our door at night as we were looking for our card key after a posh dinner at Rao's by a disgruntled neighbor- that then turned into being accused and threatened by security that my daughter threatened the neighbor. Lord it was scary and we did not feel safe after that. The pool was filled to helm with little kids ( a mother myself ) still can't justify $700 a night for getting peed on by a little one when I went in pool and there was barely any room in the pool. On top of that they charged an entire mini bar use we never touched. After the horrifying experience I checked out early and we moved to an amazing hotel instead. A friend that I made that works at that hotel suggested the other hotel - and they also confirmed staff is poorly trained in this establishment. Stay at the W south beach or the Ritz or anywhere else - Never ever again Loew's - disgraceful and shame on you

Amazing location, very kid friendly. Poolside food was delicious. Overall enjoyed our experience. Pool was packed when we visited the Monday after Easter.

I was disappointed that we were not given new sheets for are bed! A option should have been displayed in are room! If you like new sheets please let housekeeping know!
