The staff was incredible. We eloped during our stay and were sent a special care package by the staff to congratulate us which was such a sweet surprise. The restaurants on site were delicious. It’s located in perfect spot to walk around Coral Gables. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

If there was an upgrade, it was not shared. And re: amenity, front desk never mentioned. Also, while it was shared, I think destination fees are a scam and should be included in room rate. Room was super clean.
