Our stay at Loews was amazing! The concierge helped us with directions to our restaurant. Offered us an umbrella when it unexpectedly started raining. In our room every little detail was thought of to make our stay wonderful.

The Loews hardly disappoints. It is always clean, and with staff members like Andres and Timothy everything is always perfect! The only thing I hate (and the reason it doesn’t get all five stars with me) is when they play extra loud music in the lobby. I know they have the bar and I do enjoy it, but it’s just way too loud!!!!!!!!
