The only thing I liked about the property was the pricing. The service at the hotel was bad, the toilet was making noise all night after being used, there were no wash cloths in bathroom, we asked the front desk representative if they can inform other clients if they can keep the noise down the staff insisted that we go inform the clients making the noise, we had a remote that didn’t work for the tv.

There was mold in our first room and the ac didn’t work. Both beds were broken as well. They gave us a free drink and bag of chips and moved our room. Second room was better the ac worked and no mold but one of the bed was still broke. Outside of the hotel was in terrible shape.

Terrible! The pictures on the website are not what you get. The building and everything in it is severely outdated. There’s no refrigerator or microwave in the unit. I am convinced that The pillows aren’t really pillows! They folded like paper. The bed was lumpy and the room was not clean. The third floor didn’t even have an ice machine. I didn’t bother going to the gym or pool since the room was already a hot mess. The staff were friendly enough but were ill-informed about anything about the facility. I was booked for 4 nights and my daughter was booked for 2- when she arrived at 2am… she immediately canceled her stay because it was so bad. I promise, I tried to find some positives but this place was certainly not for me. I’ve stayed at LaQuinta in the past so I know what it is.. but this one was really bad. It says a non smoking facility but it is certainly not. You could smell Mari-Jane all throughout the halls and especially on the 4th floor. I wish o had taken pictures but they know.. My daughter took pics of her room and the roach that was there before her. Laquinta- please update this spot! You have decent staff and they deserve to work in a clean environment! This place is terrible!!

We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and it never came. Had to pay $20.00 for a cab and explained that when we checked in the only compensation we got was a bottle of water. Hair dryer broken. No phone to call down to let them know. I think someone from Wyndham should personally come to this property and take a look for themselves.

The hotel looks very tired and in need of an urgent upgrade. Very noisy and you can hear all the planes land and take off. Breakfast offering is very limited. I didn’t like the fact that the washed basin is outside the bathroom and in the room itself. Bathroom is small.

I stayed at this property for 9 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Firstly, the service left much to be desired. While breakfast was advertised as included, there was no mention that the menu would be exactly the same every day, which quickly became repetitive and unappealing. Secondly, the room had a few issues — the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable, and the shower had very low water pressure. Lastly, the pool was in poor condition throughout my stay. It was visibly dirty and clearly in need of proper cleaning and vacuuming. Overall, I expected better for the price and duration of my stay, and I would hesitate to return or recommend this place to others.

While the physical structure and furnishings were satisfactory, it was disturbing to see small roaches scurrying around in the bathroom. These roaches are huge hitchhikers. For that reason, it was stressful worrying about them getting into my luggage, which would then be transferred to my home. The positive was the online checkout, which is very convenient. The breakfast was decent as well.
