This was a bad decision right from the get go. It took an hour and a half to get picked up from the airport, and once we got to the hotel we felt like we were in one of the worst area in Miami and we felt like aliens. When we got up to have breakfast there was no coffee at all and almost everything was eaten, with still an hour to go until breakfast was over! We ended up eating breakfast at Denny's next door! No apologies, poor English and rude staff. This is not a place we would recommend.

Thanks for La Quinta staff because we were supposed to check in at 15pm, but the room was available before that time. We paid a fee but the most important was that we were able to enjoy the room 3 hours prior our check in.

Booked a 1 bedroom suite. Did not get that. Was not offered a refund or partial refund. Room was not ready at check in time. Breakfast was minimal. The rooms need some TLC. All faucets were very loose. Pool was filthy. Positives were the staff was super friendly and the bed was soooo very comfy.

This is just a so-so hotel if you need 1 overnight. Airplane noise is loud, pool wasn't clean and it was locked. Also, there are several buildings spread out requiring you to walk to them behind the stinky McDonald's. No refrigerators in the room. Would stay elsewhere unless you want to be really close to the airport

Property is close to the airport and there are eating options on both sides of the property. Staff are friendly and the rooms are basic but clean. No issues we noted. Had a comfortable 2 night stay before boarding our cruise ship.

Good place near airport

Great hotel. The front desk did well but were swamped. Our tv didn’t work but they were so swamped they never got to it. No big deal as we watched our shows on our computer. Found out next morning that the tv was out throughout the area so they wouldn’t have been able to fix it. Shuttles to both airport and cruise port. Included breakfast

Clean and comfy

Room very clean and up to date. Comfortable bed and quiet. Takes a while to get there from the airport even though it’s right next to it. They do have a shuttle to and from the airport that runs every hour.

They had no coffee and no water for breakfast. They had no eggs or meat for breakfast. They all said they didn’t speak English when asked a question. That was the worst place I have ever stayed.
