This is a Motel not a Hotel. Truckers and trailers are prominent in property. It’s not family friendly. Breakfast is not a breakfast. Double bed room has one bed 1-1/2 foot away from the A/C. Smoking near or around the stairway. A/C water emptying out side of room on to walkway.

Let me be clear, the property needs some TLC. It is in a very convenient location, close to the airport and with plenty of parking, but that also means the neighbourhood is not the best and some characters showed up several times. Although I never felt unsafe, this is not a family friendly location. If you are planning to work while driving in Miami for a few days this will do, but not for leisure and not with children.

The staff was curteous the room had no microvave or fridge the breakfast rarea was small and just a little variety to choose from my room tv was not working properly and my room telephone i was not able to use the phone at all

Next door neighbors were SO LOUD until after 1am. I called the front desk multiple times, plus stepped out of my room to politely tell them we were trying to sleep and they were being loud. Nothing was done. We got zero sleep. Was there for a surgery the next morning. I would not stay here again because the employees did nothing to support our concerns.

The location of the property was ideal. Its proximity to the airport made it very convenient. The main drawback was the layout of the property. Navigating among the several buildings, which are not connected to each other, made it a challenge to find the assigned rooms. Perhaps a sign, placed prominently next to each building, indicating the room numbers in each building, would be helpful.
