Hotel was clean, decorated very artistically, staff was friendly and it was located very close to the airport. We paid for breakfast in their lobby area and had drinks at their rooftop bar. Everything was delicious and very well done. Highly recommend a stay here if you are making a trip to Miami.

Close to airport and newer property. AC doesn’t get cold. Floor in room is sticky. Shower has half glass so water pressure is low. Breakfast is $10/person. Nothing nearby so walking to get drinks and snacks isn’t an option. Okay stay but would like a cleaner room and more water pressure

I liked everything except for the limited parking. It limits in a way of worrying whether you will find parking when returning late at night. Which not only cut my adventures short but also disturbed my sleep every time the front desk had to call me to move my car because they were painting in the morning. There was not one morning I did not get woken up by the front desk. I like quiet mornings during my stays and I also enjoy sleeping in when it comes to the morning for the most part. The upside of it was that at least I was able to go have breakfast after moving the car since I was already in the lobby. The first room had cookie crumbs underneath the comforter, and they changed me to a slightly bigger room in which the toilet had dried, white cleaning chemical residue dripped down from the front of the toilet body, which I am very concerned about because I like using very clean toilets even at home. Otherwise, everything else was great! They did compensate me with two breakfast vouchers for having to change my room which I appreciated it, although I was already unpacked and in pajamas ready to go to bed which was definitely an inconvenience. I did not get to use the pool, but I did walk to it, and the water was quite greasy looking, not sure if that is normal, but this is the first time I encounter a greasy looking water at a pool. The hotel itself is beautiful and very user-friendly. The hotel location was quite convenient to the car rental spot and from the airport.
I had to park blocking the accessibility entry to the pavement.
Again had to find a way to park inconveniently, but thankfully, I still got to find a spot because I cut my adventure short worried about parking.
Some type of staining I am assuming from the cookie crumbs which seemed to be chocolate.

I think the place was messy. Not well taken care of. Floor in the room was slippery, not sure what that was about. We had our shoes on during our stay. Trash was next to the bin in the hallways or quite a while. Will not be visiting again.

it is a beautiful hotel. food was not good BUT service was great. check in and check out people were lovely. another down day is housekeeping… they do not clean your room in between days (maybe i’m just used to cruising and it being cleaned everyday) we weren’t messy just very weird for me. fyi parking is also limited
