I Don't think is a 4 start hotel , however it is a pretty hotel, room had an awesome view, king bed had queen size pillows that made bed feel somehow empty , But Concierge immediately sent extra pillows to the room for more comfort. Great location , we walked everywhere and we felt extremely safe.

So the room was fine, OLD, and noisy. Kitcchen was close at 11 pm and room service is extremely pricey and BAD. Room is nice but old, the ceiling was broken, although I have to admit the front desk manager really helped out an discounted the room service due to a serious of incidents we suffered upon arrival.

Disappointing

Friendly door and reception staff but room smelt terribly of disinfectant, light in the toilet was broken and we were unable to get hold of anyone to report it over the phone. Television was also very temperamental with even the news channels not working. Charged over $300 for a two course meal with three alcoholic drinks between us, the fish main was overcooked and the salad main was average. Only stayed for one night but won’t be staying again.
