First thing it has entertainment all around once you leave the building in which you're in because each room or a few rooms have their own entrance outside you're not in a building into your in your room but it is great if you're young and don't mind walking through all entertainment is right there in front of the buildingI guess it depends on what type of Hotel you don't mind staying at it doesn't have a live person it is AI so it sends codes to your cell phone no card keys. No cars around, of course valet parking. The place is nice to stay with a lot of entertainment a couple steps away.

The location was great. Right in the middle of awesome dining options and a very short walk to the beach, shopping and other sights. The room appeared to be clean, but we found/killed a couple cockroaches. There is also no TV. You have to stream from your personal devices, and it wasn’t working. A movie or show would start playing and then the tv would act possessed… the volume and playhead would start jumping all over the place before disconnecting. We tried to connect 3 times with different devices, same thing happened each time.

I absolutely love the room, location, atmosphere....everything about the room. Parking is an absolute nightmare.

I really enjoy Kasa on Española way. I feel like I'm in the Mediterranean on a vibrant side street without cars. Accomodations are above average and value is solid for a central location. If you don't need a fancy lobby or amenities like a gym or room service, this is a great alternative. If you do a long stay, you have to clean your own room or pay for housekeeping. The text service is very responsive if you need towels or coffee k-cups, which is all I really needed in my 10 days as I kept the place tidy and there are multiple hot beverage options.

Wish we had known in advance that there was going to be a lot of noise. Thankfully kasa provided earplugs, but it was still loud. there was also a strobe / flashing light connected to the fire alarm which was really distracting when trying to sleep. all in all good stay though

Great location - easy access to restaurants, beach, Lincoln mall. Super easy check in. Clean. Staff very responsive to repair safe which wasn’t working and air conditioning that needed to be reset. Highly recommend for adult tourists. Only minor drawback was no elevators - heavy luggage bags not recommended

Adorable property. The entrance is right off the quaint Espanola street which made for an easy walk back to our room at night. Cute and clean little room just perfect for our one night stay.

When you can’t sleep during your trip how awful is that? There weee construction in the building and non stop noise throughout the night. The white noise machine and air plugs were pretty useless. Won’t come back again. Won’t recommend to friends. Pretty much disappointed because the first stay in last July was pretty enjoyable.

Beware! This property does not have an elevator! Made reservations for 3 nights. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Needed to climb 6 flights of stairs to get to the room with luggage and a recent hip replacement. Front desk is virtual, padlock to get into building was very difficult to do. I had to find other accommodations and they kept the advance payment. I thank Expedia for trying to help. This property does not have an email to contact them, just text messages!
