Much nicer than expected. Then again, it was my first time ever in Miami. I was with my son who UBER/LYFTed everywhere so I can't say anything about parking or trans options in the area. But the hotel was NICE. My only minor quibble was the traffic noise was a bit loud. Get a room on the opposite side if that kind of thing bugs you.

Needs remodel- carper, wall coverings on guest room floors well below expectation fo JW property. 3 of 5 or 6 lights in room did not work. One attached to bed )reading light) had no bulb, was hanging by bare wiring, etc. - borderline unsafe, but truly substandard. Won’t be back.

I was really pleased with the JW Marriott in Brickell. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was clean and well appointed. The convenience of the location to Brickell Key for walking and Brickell City Center for shopping and dining made for a really nice stay.
