An amazing hotel, with a clean room (i am assuming recently renovated), beautiful large windows overlooking Collins avenue. Perfect location, easy access to the semi- private beach area. Resort fee provides you with the towels and two beach chairs (umbrellas are additional charge). Stayed for one night after a cruise, would love to come back for several days. Pura Vida with excellent health foods and drinks right across the street. The staff were kind too. Would love to come back. Not a single negative during this stay!

This hotel is in the most perfect location for exploring South Beach Miami by foot. You are never more than a 10-15 min walk to any of the famous restaurant/shopping streets. The hotel is also very close to the beach. The location was priceless. For being right in the middle of the action, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, but I was on the ninth floor, which may have helped. I really enjoyed my stay here, and I would recommend this hotel if location and convenience are very important to you.

Plan not to repeat. Restaurant is nice but menu limited. Pool is so so. Staff has an attitude. Room space utilizes an art deco motif that puts the shower exposed in the sleeping area. This is awkward if you’re traveling with children. Price is reasonable for Collins Avenue but for a few bucks more you can do better

Our reservation included breakfast however we were told that breakfast was not included and needed to provide receipts in order to get our breakfast vouchers. Luckily we had them and were able to provide them but it was definitely a pain to go through. Also the air conditioner was broken in our room and the temperature was only 60 degrees. We we asked if it could be fixed at first we were told that it was broken and didn't know when it would be fixed. We then asked for a different room we were told that the hotel was over booked and no rooms available. Eventually at 12:30 AM after we had gone to bed we received two blankets to keep warm with. Not a great experience for what we paid!

The hotel is adorable and the staff are amazing. The room was small, but it worked for us. The shower is frosted, but in view of the room, which was odd. You are one block from the beach! The pool is small, but clean. The sun deck is nice. The bar & restaurants were great! We didn’t get our bottle of wine, but overall, a great stay!

Solid three star, maybe 3.5, but definitely not a four star hotel. Rooftop pool and sundeck are nice, but the fitness center was tiny and not well equipped. First floor rooms are noisy. Front desk did not answer the telephone. Relatively easy walk to many restaurants and beach chairs are provided to guests.

Not sure if it’s every room but the shower is partially frosted glass that sits out in the room where everyone in room sees you. No privacy & very odd. I actually saw in pictures online but at first I thought it was just the inside of the bathroom. Otherwise a good place.
