My family and I stopped in for a one night stay due to us leaving for our family cruise the next morning.
Upon arrival, things seemed to be ok. I had the attendant update my credit card upon arrival and when they printed off my receipt at check out and I checked online banking…the credit card was never updated. This was partially a business trip and the charge was on my personal account. It should have been on my business card.
We got checked in and went to our room. Once we got there, we realized we were never informed on WiFi details, hotel information, food recommendations, nothing. I also noticed that a dirty towel was stuffed under the sink. We were also given two bath towels (there was 3 of us) and no extra blankets were left for the fold out. I felt like I spent most of my night there, stopping but the front desk or calling. We also went to the pool and nobody was out there attending. No towels or anything. So once again, we had to pack up our stuff and go to the front desk for beach towels. Also the Japanese restaurant next door was absolutely filthy. Bird poo everywhere, furniture was mangled, etc.
I don’t see another visit in our future. Hope my feedback supports your growth moving forward.
