Looks good in photos.

It was ok, the room was good size but the furniture is better suited for staging than usage. I like nightstands with substantial space for items; phone, portable speaker, CPAP, magazine, watch, etc. the nightstands here offer little space for anything larger than a champagne flute. The on/off switch for the nightstand lights requires contortioning of the body to reach the switch, small details like this say volumes about the actual level of care the interior designers put into the user experience.

Hotel in mid-beach, relatively quieter and less people. Check in staff and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel looks modern and room very clean. However, the wall is very thin, you can clearly hear next room guest’s voices and people walking and talking in the hallway. Room is very small, not 4-star standards. We booked a room with two queen beds. The room only has two beds, a tv and a mini-fridge. No desk no chairs for you to sit down. Not even a bench for opening your luggage. We are a group of three people, but charged with $25 per day extra guest fee plus a $30 per day resort fee while the only thing they provide is some beach towel. Also stay away from the first floor restaurant, service was extremely slow and horrible. There are plenty of other good restaurants nearby

Very Bad Hotels.com experience

Complained multiple times about smell, moldiness, cleanliness, leaking, and nothing was done about it. Checked out from the hotel a day early was offered no credit and paid to stay elsewhere. I was given the run around from the hotel, to hotels.com, back and forth for hours. Very bad experience. From now on I will go direct to the hotels to book to get around this ever happening again.
