Not so good, one of the older Home 2Suites we’ve stayed in. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. Burnt orange paint in hallways was uninviting and scratched up. We left prescriptions in a drawer and haven’t heard from management.

Loved the location for easy access to Everglades and Biscayne parks, the Keys, and plenty of dining options close enough to walk. Staff were friendly. Computers didn’t work, which was a problem for my college student. Breakfast was good, but protein choices were limited and we didn’t like the taco flavored sausage. Overall, we were very happy there.

Stayed few days in the accessible room. The shower ramp is very dangerous, it gets slippery when wet after a shower, I slipped and I was bruised for a week. Filed a accident report, no one from the hotel checked in on our stay, contacted Hilton, they pushed the report to the hotel, hotel came back with this- We do have your report on file, and it was noted on our system. Please note that our accessible rooms are built according to ADA Standards and Guidelines. If you happen to visit Florida City in the future, please let us know so we can provide you with a better experience next time. I won’t recommend this rooms shower to a wheelchair person and their family members as they could get hurt.
