This is an older hotel and was pricey. Only one elevator was working which made for a very difficult departure the next morning. We ended up having to pull our bags down NINE flights of stairs so we didn't miss our transportation. Also, we were very surprised that the breakfast buffet cost $70 for the two of us. Not an overall good experience.

Nice place for the night
Nice place to spend the night if your going on a cruise. Close to the cruise port. The elevators are SUPER slow so plan accordingly when leaving. Also the bathroom was really small.

I liked how easy it was to check in. Only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t have parking for their hotel guests so I had to pay for parking. I asked multiple staff members and they refused to provide me with a parking solution.

No pool, tv would not turn on in room and when we called front desk they said it was probably cause of the rain. They finally came up and unplugged microwave and plugged in tv since the outlet the tv was plugged into wasn’t working. No extra blankets or pillow in the closet for the sleeper sofa, had to request those items and took time to get those items.

La propiedad huele a humedal en el lobby pero ya arriba en los cuartos no, el aire acondicionado trabajo bien las camas estaba limpias y las toallas. Los empleados en el lobby muy amables al igual que los del valet parking. La propiedad está bien céntrica y con muchos restaurantes y bare s a corta distancia caminando. No tuvimos problemas con los elevadores tampoco. Solo nos confundimos un poco al llegar porque al estar en reparaciones no decía el nombre pero en general la experiencia fue buena.

My family had 3 separate rooms. 2 of the 3 were great. My brother and his family had to switch rooms due to an overwhelming mold smell and wet carpet. The front desk staff were very accommodating and switched them to a new room without any issue. My husband and I had a king room with a separate living room. I was shocked how spacious the room was. It was huge! We loved it. My daughter and MIL had a standard room on the top floor. The view was amazing.

I have stayed at this property several times, i hardly ever give reviews. Each time my room had to be recleaned, this time was the worst, the room had not even been cleaned. Looked like someone tried to hastly make the bed and call it clean.

The guest services associate Dalia made our experience. The hotel has a pool listed however they don’t allow access to the pool. The hotel it self is clean and a decent space. We stayed there because it is only 10 minutes from our cruise port.
