The bathroom curtain is ripped. The bathtub looks ugly. The office chair in the room looked very bad. The bathroom floor looks nasty. There was no chair or table to sit in the balcony. The AC fan was very loud, I called the front desk no one picked up. Every time I go out the room keys stop working that happens twice.

Found bugs in the bathroom. Smells like mold in the bathroom. Carpet looked terrible - not clean at all. Horrible stay! Would not recommend this place!

a lot of people standing around. didn’t feel safe parking. The person that checked us in was not friendly and gave me a hard time. they only had one person at the desk and it was a long line. and the floor in the room was wet all around the area of the refrigerator which I found out by stepping on a wet floor after driving a long distance and ready to rest. I called front desk several times but never got an answer. trash cans were not lined. I wouldn’t stay here again. which is bad because I always stay at Hilton but this one is the worse one. and the breakfast is not complimentary

Shower head to far up cant wash soap off well Sliding door does not close right No sheets or blankets for sofa bed at 10 pm to midnight there was at front desk no answer to Ask for sofa bed sheets There where over 10 teenagers playing soccer in parking lot when we Arrived to check in Have not received my deposit back yet

I reserved and paid for a king bed room. They didn’t have it and put us in a double bed room that was filthy. They issued a free breakfast certificate for two that I didn’t want because breakfast is better at any other restaurant around here. Totally disappointed! Expedia should have never sold me a room that was NOT available.
