My daughter and I stayed overnight on our way to PR. The staff are very friendly. We also appreciated the light/mirror/ledge/ac plug on the wall outside of the bathroom which has the shower, toilet, sink/vanity in the same room. This allowed for both of us to get ready at the same time. The room was clean, but the rooms need updated. The carpet is old and should be replaced. I still would have given 5 stars as we enjoyed our stay in the room. However, there are two things to point out outside of the room. 1. The restaurant. We chose this hotel so we could eat without having to travel around. The staff at the hotel are incredibly nice. But the food was a 2 out of 5. My daughter's beef was good. Not great but definitely ok. The appetizer, a type of croquette was also good. My dinner, the snapper, was completely inedible. If you like dry, flavorless, microwaved fish you might like this. I am not saying they did microwave it, just that the end result was the same. Being in Miami, I expected this to be the better dish. So I took one bite and sent it back, leaving me with just salad for dinner. It was too late for me (not the restaurant) to make another dinner. However they did not even discount the dinner. I paid for the entire meal. 2. The bar. Again, incredibly nice staff. But it was closed for the night to the general public because they close once a week for salsa dancing. Bock the dance floor for this, ok, but deny use of the entire bar to hotel guests one night every week?

I really like the room and how it was really clean and it was really good looking, i didn't like the parking spot because I had to look for a spot and i suggest that if you all have better spots and bigger parking would be great, and another thing i didn't like was that the elevator wasn't working

Overnight stay
My family and I stayed overnight because we were going on a cruise the next day. The hotel provided free airport shuttle, but after getting our bags we just caught an Uber because it was closer to the baggage claim area. The little restaurant on the first floor near the front desk had really good pizza. The breakfast we ordered didn’t taste so good: pancakes, eggs, and potatoes were a waste of purchase. There was a shuttle available to get to the cruise port for $12 per person which was super convenient. The port was about 15-20 minutes away.

The staff and service very nice and friendly. Convenient Location very close to the airport. Rooms clean, ac worked good and very comfortable beds. Only thing very limited dining at the hotel and around the area.
