Very disappointed- I booked TWO KING ROOMS. I was told we may be able to have early checkin since our flight arrived at 11:00am 2/8. Checked in with proper identification and credit card on file for incidentals- our room was not ready so we checked our luggage with concierge and proceeded to do some sightseeing. We did receive a phone call at 4:00pm stating our rooms were ready. When we returned back to Hilton 6:00pm had to give identification again and credit cards again - we were assigned rooms 1217 and 1227. There had been some sort of water incident and fans were sitting in the hallway outside our door. The floors were wet and there was a musty smell. No offer or for any apologies. Cruising with our best friends and flew to Miami- would love to speak to someone about this!

It was a nice stay, 1 night, a little pricey, but everyone was friendly. No free breakfast that would have been nice and maybe not have to pay $45 for valet parking, as there was no option for self parking.
