missing the mark on a few things
Service at the bar and dining room were terrible and the food was inedible except for the eggs. Also they didn't replenish buffet items once they got low so we didn't have much to choose from 30 minutes before it was supposed to end. Don't spend the money on breakfast there! Also the rooms didn't have a safe or towel racks which was very odd. Front desk staff were very nice though and room was clean, comfy bed.

Stayed pre and post cruise 1 mile from many great food and nightlife choices. Great park of Miami blvd.like a jungle 5 acres closes early 5pm I think. As for Hotel I have to say Thank you for allowing Early check in, was very much needed after cruise.

Breakfast Buffett could have had some meat products such as bacon or sausage. There was only one waiter for the whole time and the poor fellow had trouble keeping up!!

The staff was phenomenal. Everyone I spoke to was warm, courteous and helpful. I love the location as well. Our first room was a little cramped, but the second room was spacious and light-filled. I plan to come back.
